Going for a complete lifestyle change which is supported by diet and nutritious food is what we need in order to survive the problem you are dealing with. The best thing to start doing is to include a diet with a lot of green vegetables and fruits in your diet. For exercise, it is time to start with early morning brisk walk which helps you in connecting the nature and outside world. With morning nature connection it helps in treating the mental anxiety. Try developing a new hobby, this will help you in getting a new routine and something to look forward every day. The next best thing is to rely on essential oils, lavender, orange and rosemary are really good for health. Inhaling them during mental breakdown helps in soothing the nerves, two-three drops in a small bowl of water should be sufficient.

Our minds are constantly working and thinking. We all are constantly receiving both positive and negative messages. It is important to focus on positive messages and leave the negative. How to do this? Read and listen to more positive talks and messages. Keep yourself involved in the service of others. Various scientific researches have shown that both the mind and the body are connected. If you consume a healthy diet, sleep well, exercise and meditate, it helps to calm down the mind.

The mind and body are connected by many nerves and veins, the most important being the Vagus Nerve. This connects the brain and spinal cord. This controls all the actions which are not under our control, like digestion, anxiety, panic attacks, blood pressure, etc. When the body is experiencing stressful situations the vagus nerve is unable to send a response to the brain to relax. Therefore, if the body is under stress, (which might be because of improper eating habits, since the body has to remove more toxins to maintain a balance) and due to this there are negative emotions, decreased immunity and poor digestion. But, when we are in a relaxed state the body gets the signal to repair and heal and maintain a balance. Anything like even lack of sleep, insufficient exercise or wrong eating habits can disturb this balance. This, in turn, affects the way you manage and perceive situations and manage emotions. Meditation is proven to help control thoughts. Also, it is recommended to make lifestyle changes.

Certain lifestyle changes would help assist you:

  • This includes the removal of all animal products including dairy, removal of packed and processed, oily and sugary foods. This creates an overload of toxins and disturbs the balance of the body.
  • Include lots of raw vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. They all contain essential vitamins and minerals for the normal functioning of the body.
  • Avoid tea, coffee, chocolates, sugary foods. They all cause spikes in the blood sugar level and also create an acidic environment for the body. These foods might give you some kind of false satisfaction of feeling good, but you would later find mood changes due to sudden changes in the blood sugar levels.
  • Exposure to sunshine and proper rest and sleep are also of prime importance. They release happy hormones, and in a relaxed state, the body can repair and heal.
  • Manage stress either by some physical activity or deep breathing. This calms the body down. This helps the body to repair and heal.
  • Adequate sleep. The body repairs and heals during sleep.
  • Positive thinking helps to create positive vibes around you and automatically you would get rid of negative thoughts and anxiety.
  • Read books or listen to positive talks. Also, keep yourself occupied with your hobbies.

I do work with youngsters with depression while they have no reason to be depressed. Similarly, your issue is also due to neurological toxicity across the body.

Underlying toxemia or accumulation of toxins are some of the major reasons for anxiety attacks depression, insomnia, fear, and similar issues. Correcting the food habits and living conditions is very important to bring improvement in these areas. Remove all kinds of dead animal products from your life such as dairy from the food; that is meant for the calf and not for humans, meat and fish that is dead and lifeless, Eggs that attract viral activity in the body, refined sugar refined salt, excessive consumption of grains in the entire day, Consumption of excessive oil in cooking, eating fried food can lead to accumulation of debris in the body which putrefies and rots giving rise to all kinds of viral and bacterial activity that can impact the sleep cycles and cause nervous issues such as anxiety. Everything in the body is based on electrical signals. If there are inflammations then short-circuiting can happen and messages can be misinterpreted by the brain.

It could also be emotional to start with which typically becomes a physical issue as I explained above.

Don't worry about the lack of focus as of now. As you start detoxing you will find your true self back. Don't feel hopeless. 

Switch to a whole food plant-based diet with raw fruits, veggies, and greens all day to starve the virus in an alkaline diet. Gluten-free, oil-free dinner. Exercise daily, have enough liquids 3-4 liters to flush the virus of the body. Expose yourself to natural elements such as the sun, earth.

समाधान - भ्रामरी प्राणायाम,ताड़ासन, नटराजासन

वृक्षासन,हस्तपादासन, सर्वांगासन, हलासन, पवन-मुक्तासन, अनुलोम-विलोम प्राणायाम करें।

प्रतिदिन आप ख़ुद को प्यार दें अपने बारे में 10 अच्छी बातें कोरे काग़ज़ पर लिख कर और प्रकृति को अपने होने का धन्यवाद दें।

मानसिक समस्या भी इसी शरीर की समस्या है सब कुछ इस बात पर निर्भर करता है कि हम किसी भी परिस्थिति में सकारात्मक सोंच रखते हैं या नकारात्मक।

प्राकृतिक जुड़ाव आपको सकारात्मक सोंच प्रदान करेंगी क्योंकि प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली अपने आप में पूर्ण भी है और जीवंत भी है। पाँच तत्व से प्रकृति चल रही है और उसी पाँच तत्व से हमारा शरीर चल रहा है।

जीवन शैली - 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। वाद्य यंत्र शास्त्री संगीत (instrumental classical music)सुनें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

अपने कमरे में ख़ुशबू दार फूलों को रखें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- 4 पहर का स्नान करें। सुबह सूर्य उदय से पहले, दोपहर के खाने से पहले, शाम को सूर्यअस्त के बाद, और रात सोने से पहले स्नान करें। नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। 

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। 

फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

You should be happy enough to know that all health issues Disease symptoms, anxiety, depression  etc. can be reversed back to health, all diseases can be pipped to the post, circumvented, can  be brought around, have faith, be fearless, Mother nature is very benevolent and  capable of  gracing every follower of hers 
   Please read my blog on depression anxiety in Wellcure. Next, you must follow as under:- 
   You have messed up with your nervous system and to correct it you will have to do penance and prayshchita by adhering to the eternal laws of nature. 

  • Sun rays have wonderful properties to  rejuvenate  bask early morning in sun for 30 minutes  followed by dry rub and a cold water bath (weather permitting)
  • Drink  70 ml of alkaline juices of either of the bael patra or ashgourd, followed by coconut water-a natural tranquillizer 
  • Breakfast should be  fruits and coconuts scrappings 
  • Lunch and dinner should be major of vegetables raw and cooked with little organic rice or 1 or two roti 
  • Spinal bath (25 minutes)is a must to strengthen the fretted nerves in fact it's a nerve tonic and very effective in restoring nervous systems so very necessary for anxiety patients. 
  • Have positive Thoughts don't fantasize about any extraneous physical activity. Rest assured all your faculties will be restored, So follow a  middle path. Conserving your Vitality every possible way.
  • Avoid all foodless foods like tea, coffee cola drinks and other preserved, processed, fried, bottled, eggs, non-vegetarian, etc.
  • You will get over your anxiety and depression early, hundreds of patients have been restored back to health this way.

The symptoms that you present all are part of anxiety disorders. The symptoms like restlessness, mood swings or depression might be accompanied anxiety as part or group of symptoms that disturb your mind. Anxiety is a physiological problem which is caused by the chaotic world. Anxiety prepares a person to be aware of danger ahead and be prepared to face it. At times when we fail to check it at the right time, it might harm to the quality of life, mainly the mental wellness and thereby affecting the physical wellness leading to various ailments. Some of the causes of anxiety might be due to stress at work, stress from school, the stress in an interpersonal relationship such as marriage, financial stress, stress from an emotional trauma such as the death of a loved one or close one including loved pets, stress from a serious medical illness, side effects of medication or even due to abuse of social drugs such as cocaine or other narcotic substances.

Some natural ways to get rid of it, namely

  1. Stay active and cultivate a habit of regularly exercising, which is good for your physical and emotional health. 
  2. Don't drink alcohol. Alcohol is considered to be a natural sedative and avoiding it or any stimulant will be the best policy.
  3. Stop smoking and social drugs. Consumption of these could increase anxiety-related ailments
  4. Stop consumption of tea or caffeine.
  5. Get some sleep. Some improper sleep patterns could increase the problem. It is very essential for a normal individual to have at least 7- 8 hours of sound sleep
  6. Yoga and Meditations could be beneficial. There are some specialized practices that could be practised under the guidance of a well-trained yoga teacher. 
  7. Eat a healthy diet. Consumption of less oil, white food items (white sugar, maida, salt) sugared/carbonated drinks, junk foods, spices could also benefit.
  8. Practice deep breathing along with pranayama could reduce anxiety to a great level.
  9. Also if possible talk to friends or take help from a psychologist or psychiatrist who could guide in a proper way.
