Hello Chanchal,

The regular consumption of fatty diet and highly spiced toxins are the primary cause of piles, with that even our sedentary lifestyle also plays a role in this picture. What needs to be taken care of now is the fact that a major change in lifestyle and diet will be the cure of the problem.

In piles with the consumption of this kind of food, what is disturbing is from the esophagus to rectum everything is disturbed. The toxins are in the body call it stomach ulcers or piles they relate to the same cause.

With a healthy change in the diet and your routine, we can readily deal with all the issues related to the problem of piles. What makes a major difference is by changing lifestyles, that we are not only curing the disease at this stage but also preventing future relapses.

Now let us understand what changes we can make:

Eat:

Starting your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The next thing is including a fibre rich food item which helps in adding bulk to the stools, for example having an apple, bananas, nuts etc which has a good amount of fibre in them.

Let us understand about somethings which you can apply for dealing with burning sensation:

1. Aloe vera gel: Application of naturally extracted aloe gel helps in the treatment of the wounds caused by piles.

2. Take a teaspoon of coconut oil and add two-three drops of tea tree oil, apply on the wound.

These two things will help in treating the piles.

Exercise:

  • Sitting in the position of Vajraasana will help in the treatment of piles. After your meals practice, this poses for better digestion and easy stools.
  • The next thing is, in case if you are into weight training, then avoid lifting heavyweight as it aggravates the condition of piles.
  • A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best.

Meditation:

In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music in order to stay positive.

A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.

Sleep:

Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response in order to treat with the following. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body.

कारण - पाइल्स पुरानी कब्ज के कारण होता है। इसमें गुदा और मलाशय के निचले क्षेत्रों में संलग्न नसों की सूजन और जलन होती है। ये मलाशय के अंदर स्थित हो सकते हैं, या वे गुदा के पास की त्वचा के नीचे हो सकते हैं। आहार शुद्धि से ये ठीक हो जाता है।

समाधान- मूली के पत्तों का रस पाइल्स में काफी उपयोगी होता है 20 से 25 ग्राम मूली के पत्ते को पीसकर 200ml पानी मिलाएं और इसे खाली पेट पी ए यह बहुत जल्दी पायल से राहत देगा।

सलाद में मूली गाजर चुकंदर ताजा नारियल का उपयोग करें यह पाइल्स के लिए रामबाण औषधि है नमक का उपयोग सलाद में ना करें तो यह औषधीय गुणों से भरपूर हो जाता है। साथ ही तली हुई चीजों से परहेज करें ध्यान रखें पेट आपका हमेशा साफ रहना चाहिए।

एक टब में नाभि तक पानी भर कर उस टब में बैठे 20 मिनट तक उसमें बैठकर संकुचन क्रिया करें।

एक तौलिया गीला कर के निचोड़ लें और उसको पेट पर लपेट कर रखे। यह क्रिया भी 20 मिनट तक करें यह धूप में लेटे हुए किया जा सकता है 20 मिनट तक सूर्य की रोशनी को अपने शरीर में लगने दे यह काफी लाभकारी है।

- मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

जीवन शैली - 1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है।

कपूर मिश्रित नारियल तेल से पेट पर घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ash guard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ash guard) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

    Your health issues of piles can be reversed back to health provided you follow as under:- 
    Persistent indulgence in unhygienic habits of living, accompanied by repeated drug-suppression of acute and chronic diseases, perverts the blood chemistry and the blood circulation to gets affected in such cases. The tone of the blood vessels (the veins included )is also affected adversely. To what extent the tone is affected would depend upon the type of encumbrance developing within and its location. 
It is in such cases the veins develop varicosity, that is they become distended. What is known as piles or haemorrhoids, is only varicosity of the veins inside or outside the anus. 
   Long before piles can develop the individual should have been experiencing indigestion and constipation. Acute disease like the common cold, cough, loose motions etc. 
Nature cure plan.
We stress upon improving the general health of the patient totally. By putting him on a hygienic plan of living in tune with the LAWS OF LIFE. We help the patient to restore his blood chemistry back to normalcy and to improve blood circulation. Here is the broad outline of the program to be followed.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING BOWEL MOVEMENTS.
When the faecal matter has reached the end of the descending colon and when the system wants to expel it, an urge for defaecation is felt. The rectum is then stretched open to let the stool pass through. The membranes lining the rectum and anus, as also the surrounding muscles and the veins embedded therein have all necessary to be stretching in the process. In a state of health, all this stretching takes place without any strain whatever, the stool (which is well-formed) is passed out easily and quickly, and immediately thereafter the membranes, the muscles and the veins in them and the anal sphincter "the circular purse-string muscle of the anal canal "go back to their original position.

INCREASED VENOUS PRESSURE IN THE ABDOMINAL CAVITY:
Where, however, the blood circulation in the abdominal and pelvic regions is congested and when the veins in the anal canal might be distended, the stretching at the time of defaecation would weaken such veins further. As, in such cases, the individual concerned would also be chronically constipated, the high intra-abdominal pressure inevitable during *vigorous straining at stool (which constipated people normally indulge in)would increase the venous pressure in the entire abdominal cavity. The rectal veins would also be compressed by the dry, hard masses of faecal matter that is literally "forced out " by the individual. In such cases, the distended veins may stretch out permanently. With their walls already lacking tone, some veins may bleed when passing the stool. If the blood loss is a little frequent, the individual concerned may even develop iron-deficiency.
Those who are in the habit of using laxatives or purgatives regularly "for overcoming their constipation  Also weaken their bowel tone and haemorrhoids would result in.
Haemorrhoids will not become cancerous nor would they 'cause ' cancer, unless suppressive symptomatic treatments are persisted with by the patient. Such 'treatment ' would enervate the system progressively and cancer can occur.
As work at digestion does not go together, it is always advisable to work on a light stomach. The main meal could be taken by the individual after relaxing a bit on completion of the day 's work. Again at night let work be done without subjecting oneself to overstrain, either physically or mentally. An individual who maintains his health by following Natural Hygiene in his daily life can not develop piles even if he has to do heavy physical work.
Those who strain themselves at the time of passing urine (as it happens in condition like prostatism) also build up intra-abdominal pressure. Persons having such urinary trouble should start following BASIC NATURE CURE methods to cure themselves radically. There is no need to strain oneself at the time of passing of urine; there are effective water-cure methods besides corrective exercises, positive dieting and observance of vital Economy which could help them to recover their healthfully.
PREVENTION:
Long before haemorrhoids can develop, the individual concerned should have been experiencing indigestion and constipation. Acute diseases like the common cold, cough loose motions, etc. might also be coming up off and on. If such acute diseases are not suppressed through drugs and if the individual takes the earliest opportunity to set his digestive system in order and improve his health level progressively through observation of vital Economy in his daily life. He can prevent all chronic diseases. There ought to be no question of such individual developing haemorrhoids at any time.

HOW THE CONDITION IS 'NORMALLY 'DIAGNOSED:

When an individual feels that he is having haemorrhoids, he generally seeks to have his condition 'diagnosed' through allopathy.
How do the medicos diagnose the condition? An instrument known as proctoscope is inserted into the rectum for the purpose. This instrument is expected to be handled gently and it should be well lubricated. If these conditions are not observed during the examination, the rectum (which would already have weak veins in it. ) Would be further injured.
Again immediately after the proctoscope is taken out the patient is asked to strain down, a habit which should not, as pointed out earlier, be indulged even occasionally.
Even if a person has rectal prolapse, along with haemorrhoids, it can be set right, without having to go through the 'ceremony ' of naming the disease.
CONVENTIONALLY TREATMENT AND DANGERS INHERENT THEREIN:

When the trouble is in the initial stages, patients often use the hot application over the anal region, to relieve the pain. Either they sit in warm water or the patient is advised to use a sponge or flannel squeezed out in hot water and pressed to the anus. Use of these hot application may bring temporary relief from pain or discomfort will only worsen the basic condition, viz the dilation of the veins. These should not be applied, as these are violent.
Patients are advised to use some soothing ointments or "suppositories ".These again can at best give one symptomatic relief. Being poisons, these can only worsen the basic weakness.
In the case of first-degree haemorrhoids, medicos administer injections of a sclerosing solution into submucosa above the piles. The same remedy is also tried in second-degree piles. Symptomatic relief may be felt by the individual, but the quality of bloodstream can not be improved, and the underlying weakened condition of the veins can only worsen.
The 'litigation and excision 'operations performed on the third-degree haemorrhoids, patients have their own dangers. The most common complications of this procedure are retention of urine, which results from pain in the region between the anus and the genital organs, and if the litigation had not been performed properly, secondary haemorrhoids may be there.
As with every other disease condition, the other symptoms-cure-pathies at the most can only give only symptomatic relief to patients suffering from piles. Patients' health is never improved.
NATURE CURE PLAN:

DIET:
Morning and evening say 8 am and 4 PM he may take some raw vegetable juices (of fresh seasonal Saatvic vegetables) or tender coconut water. At the afternoon he can take a plate of raw vegetable salads and grated coconut without any salt. At night a small number of cereals may be taken by him with a plate of raw vegetables and steamed vegetables. The food should be thoroughly chewed eaten frugally. Refined and denatured foods should be strictly avoided. Stimulants like tea, coffee, spices, condiments, milk and its products, Soybeans and its products. Should Also not form part of the daily menu at any time.

OTHER APPLICATIONS:
SUN basking has a salutary effect on the overall health of the patient, every day he should go in the early sunlight, here light rays are health-promoting. Follow it by a normal cold water bath.
Rhythmic breathing and non-violent pranayama are also desirable and should be restored to.
FASTING:
The patient should first of all be made to understand that fasting is not starvation. Occasional fasting say once a week may be taken with great benefits.
HEALING CRISIS:
When any acute healing crisis comes up, the patients should not get unnerved. He must understand the purpose of such a healing crisis and be mentally cheerful.
WATER CURE APPLICATION:
The spinal bath could be taken twice or thrice in day-let alone long term benefits that the individual will reap, every spinal bath would almost immediately afford a lot of relief to the anal region. In case he is not able to have spinal bath may apply cooling wet packs three, four times a day.
BAREFOOT WALKING:
Every morning he should walk barefoot on the grassy lawn.
A HARD BED:
The patient is advised to sleep only on a hard bed. He is advised to maintain a proper posture while sitting and working.
A radical cure is possible and in a very short time. After getting cured, continue to live life naturally.

If you have a constipation problem, Then you might also be having a problem with external piles. The cause of such an issue is persistently neglected health by violating the laws of nature in everyday life. This is the reason for constipation which has been allowed to worsen progressively. It is incorrect to assume that it is just local to the colon and once symptomatic treatment is given this will be rectified. When I did not know any better in my yesteryears, I had got operated. However, I totally understand that if I neglect my health now, I will face the same issue that I assume is now my past.

Hydrotherapy works like magic.f applied the same on someone suffering from severe bleeding and swollen haemorrhoid also called a fissure when seen externally. So you will have to take a wet turkey towel and put it on your abdomen and your complete excretory organs and rest for the whole day. (T shape). Change the towel to resoak with fresh cold water every one hour because the towel would have become warm. While you do this, stay on a positive diet that will not disturb the sphincter muscle or inside passage. They have to be only a pulp-free liquid diet such as tender coconut or ash gourd juice or anything that is absolutely not having any Pulp. Continue this diet for three days. After three days if things get better, you can add soft fruits such as papaya and banana. You can also add green juice. Do not mistake and eat foods assuming that you need a Fibrous diet. You definitely need a fibrous diet in the past but not now. Now it is time to rest the body and not add foods that will need you to pass stools. You need to give your body absolute rest from passing any motions when it’s severe and from a physical rest by resting on the bed. Please understand that your condition does not have any solution to medication. I have personally experienced this problem and know this very well. Diet management is the only solution to this issue. Stay away from acid causing foods such as dairy, meat, eggs, fish, oil, sugar, maida, meat. processed food from outside, salty foods, fried foods. In the future, You have to absolutely drink 500ml cucumber juice to begin your day, stay on fruits for breakfast. Switch to a wholefood plant-based lifestyle. No oils in the foods, not even 1 spoon. Take enema daily for a month after morning potty and clear old stools once lifestyle changes and the problem is healed. Piles are not a one-time issue. It is a lifelong management issue it is not restricted to just the removal of constipation. It is affected by stress both physical and emotional, bad lifestyles, improper sleeping habits, eating spicy foods. In a day your juice intake from fruits, veggies, and water must be 4 liters.
