Hoping you will understand English also sir. Yes, if you think a lot, then you will drain the energy that will otherwise be used for probably healing your BP by the body. Secondly, whatever you focus on will get more momentum as per the concept of quantum physics. So if you think more about BP, the universe will give you more of what you ask. If you don't want BP, stop thinking about it and focus on thinking about what you want ( not what you don't want).

You have come to the right forum. Blood pressure is definitely reversible on a plant-based diet. To understand how to reverse your condition you will have to understand what caused your condition in the first place. It’s not just a lack of exercise alone and that’s your misunderstanding.

We all know that the role of the heart is to pump blood. So the story goes like this, you eat some food, the food gets into the stomach, and for that to digest, it has to go through the entire gastrointestinal tract. Among this liver, the gallbladder and pancreas play a major role in trying to understand and assimilate the food. The liver is one of the organs where it understands whether the food you eat is right for the body or not. Any food that is not available directly from nature is something that the body does not understand. In any food that the body does not understand gets accumulated in the liver and the surrounding organs. One of the major functions of the liver is to thin the blood from all the fats that you constantly been feeding day after day. This might be in the form of tadka it might be in the form of fried food it might be in the form of dairy it might be any form of animal products that you have been consuming. Please remember that cold-pressed oils are also oils but definitely better than refined but any oil is oil. Over a period of time, these fat deposits get accumulated in the body because we don’t have vim and pril to scrub these in the body. What we do have is bilirubin that does the blood-thinning work by reducing the fats by thinning down the fats. If you have a high concentration of fats and other forms of toxins in the blood the oxygenation level in the blood will be extremely low. This low oxygenation level can pose a risk to your heart and brain. The heart actually expects a purified form of blood from the liver. Initially, when you’ve had a high-fat diet the liver would have handled the situation. But one cannot expect this to happen over and over and over again. Over a period of time, all the things that the body does not need to start overflowing from the liver and liver efficiency reduces. When the efficiency of the liver reduces it means that the blood will also be contaminated. If you are the heart and you will have to suck crude oil from a certain distance you will definitely have to put that effort, isn’t it? Now if the heart has to do this over and over again on a daily basis what would be its status after a few months or years? It’s simply getting tired gets inflamed and you will have a named condition. It is constantly working putting pressure in the arteries. Whatever may be the name of your condition, however, complex is your issue it just means that the heart is tired from doing the work that it has been doing in your body over and over again.

The only remedy to this problem is to make sure that your blood is naturally thinned and handled by the body and gives the heart a break and makes the pumping the pushing and pulling easier. How do you do this? the answer is very simple:-

You have to make sure that you consume a whole food plant-based lifestyle, even your grains have to be in its natural whole state unpolished, absolutely no oil in your diet, very low intake of nuts and seeds after a period of time but not while healing.

Focus to eat fresh raw fruits, vegetables, and greens for the entire day except for dinner when you can make an exception. Since your condition is not something that will heal overnight like a cold or a cough you must not hurry this detox rapidly as it can backfire and cause more harm than you expect. so it is very important that you just change your lifestyle to a plant-based lifestyle and then eventually stabilize this. Continue to expose yourself to the sun for about an hour a day. Join a yoga class and practice yoga and pranayama under a certified practitioner and practice yoga that is safe for your condition. Ensure that you eat raw for most of your day this will naturally thin down your blood and give the body a break from the fats so once all the oils start getting released from your body naturally, you will overtime be healed of your condition. The heart is very resilient, a very strong organ. It is one of the last organs to stop. It is designed to keep you alive. So much is the power of the heart. It has an equally good stamina to spring back up when the conditions are ideal. By removing dairy, eggs, meat, fish, sugar, wholewheat, maida, barley any form of oils, all kinds of packaged foods that are ready to eat, practice mindful eating, chew your food as long as possible and swallow it. Avoid all forms of screen time when you are connecting with your food. Avoid using salt for any of your raw meals except for dinner and reduce the quantity of that as well. Avoid using refined salt and use pink salt as minimally as possible. Greens like spinach have natural salt in them that can replace salts in any meal. Lime juice is a great substitute for salt.

You have panicked because you didn’t have the right awareness and information. This happens naturally to everybody. Don’t fear. Now that you have the information take the right steps to correct your food habits and you can avoid that medication as the problem slowly gets balanced and reversed fully.

Yes, our thinking has a huge impact on our bodies. If we keep on thinking about something it does make a change in the body. So why not think in a positive manner and achieve great health.

One of the causes of high blood pressure is stress, this stress is really important to understand because the mind and body are co-related sometime it is the stress we put on our body by the food we eat, the food which is highly spiced and full of high fat will impact not only our body but our mind. High blood pressure is just a reflection of the toxic accumulation of our daily lifestyle.

Eat:

Eat a diet rich in vitamins, it helps in curbing down the blood pressure, green leafy vegetables are a very good source of vitamins and it helps in treating high blood pressure effectively. 

A diet high in potassium is also recommended, having a banana as an evening snack or taking coconut water is also a good idea to give your body adequate potassium. If we go back to our ancient herbs, taking garlic on an empty stomach is found to be really helpful in treating high blood pressure. Two hours gap after your lunch you can take a raw clove of garlic and any meal should be continued an hour after consuming it. This will be helpful in treating High blood pressure. 

Exercise:

As too much exertion is not advisable in this case,

Go for a good brisk walk for 45 minutes under the sun. This will help in regulating your health at the same time the sun will be treating the cells by activating them. Taking simple aerobics and Zumba exercise is also helpful.

Meditation:

15 minutes, music therapy before sleep should be helpful, this will not only treat you at a physical level but also at the mental level.

A healthy mind leads to a healthy body, imagine yourself to be calm and positive and treat yourself well by keeping your mind free. Deep breathing will be helpful especially at night time.

Using essential oils like lavender and oranges, by putting two-three drops in a bowl of water and inhaling them, will treat mental anxiety related to your blood pressure.

Sleep:

A sound sleep of 7-8 hours should be helpful in treating any illness, a healthy sleep leads to a healthier body. Sleep is important in order to relax our muscles.

You can check your bp once in two days it will be helpful.

कारण - रक्त के गाढ़ा होने से उच्चरक्त चाप की समस्या होती है। शरीर में अम्ल की मात्रा अधिक होने से मिनरल की कमी हो जाती है। इसके कारण रक्त में अशुद्धि आती है। सोचने या तनाव से भी शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता होती है। मुलकारण ख़राब हाज़मा है इसको ठीक करें। उच्च रक्तचाप को आहार शुद्धि और जीवन शैली में बदलाव कर के ठीक कर पाएंगे।  तनाव और अनिद्रा को दूर करने के लिए आसन प्राणायाम करें। 

समाधान - 1. सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन, अनुलोम विलोम, पवन मुक्तआसन करें।

पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें।ऐसा करने से सकारात्मक ऊर्जा का संचार होगा सकारात्मक सोच की उत्पत्ति होगी।

2. खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

पाचन क्रिया दुरुस्त होगा रक्त संचार में वृद्धि होगी।

जीवन शैली - जीवन शैली-  1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से पैरों के तलवों का घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। 

फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 7 बजे सलाद लें।

8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
