In nature cure there is no concept like this m. This is the language of the medical field which unfortunately all of us are used to either understanding or speaking.

Depends on how bad the kidney has deteriorated at this point . Is it at the level of dialysis - basically acute or chronic. High bp must usually be also a symptom of kidney issues.

I would advice anyone to be on full raw without any nuts or seeds. Raw includes only fruits veggies and green leaves in this context. Ofcourse doctors say no banana mangoes etc, but have in moderation.

Once a week dry to water fasting

Daily 16 hrs fasting - from dinner to next lunch.

Kidneys basically needs a break from work to focus on healing. For this to happen fasting is the best mode to heal. Eliminations of toxins will happen, headaches fever cold coughs pains in abdomen etc can happen, but sticking to raw is the best.

Ask yourself why did creatinine go down in the first place.. this is just a side effect.

Fixing the root cause -  kidney malfunctioning, why is kidney malfunctioning, because there is so much toxin and protein in the 1-1.5 gallons of blood which goes through cleansing in the kidney 20 times each hour. There are millions of filters in the kidney and when each of them start to clog bcoz of the viscous blood and toxic blood, they stop filtering. If you don’t wash your tea filter daily, over time the filter has to be soaked in water, burnt over the fire and then dusted or cleaned. Likewise, the poor kidneys needs to have clean blood to purify. For the blood to be clean, the body needs to be leading a healthy lifestyle eating foods that heal, that body recognize more ( raw ). If we are not mindful about this fact, I am sure body ceases to function normally.

Please fix the lifestyle instead of just reactively eating foods that keep the creatinine low. This latter approach is short lived .

Hi. Creatinine is a waste material in the body and is removed by the kidneys through urine. This is a normal process which happens for all of us, body is absolutely capable of doing it. If the levels are high, either

1. too much of it is getting generated due to wrong foods or

2. your blood is not clean to transport creatinine to kidneys or

3. the kidneys are not functioning efficiently.

Whatever be the reason, a diet rich in easy-to-digest foods such as fruits & veggies helps.

1. it will not generate excessive new creatinine, which is often due to non veg products.

2. it will cleanse your blood so that blood can efficiently carry cretanine to kidneys

3. it will not put pressure on kidneys. This pressure is caused by difficult-to-digest foods such as non-veg, dairy, excessive intake of refined grains, refined oil, white sugar, white salt, cooked food, tea/coffee, packaged products such as tomato sauces, namkeens, pickles, biscuits, etc.

So here is what I suggest:

  1. Start your day with soaked raisins.
  2. Eat only fruits till noon. Keep a variety, eat seasonal, no restriction on quantity, eat as per hunger. Also eat a generous serving of fruits in evening.
  3. With each of lunch & dinner, have a generous amount of raw veggie salad. Try to keep raw more than 50% of your meal.
  4. If there are no restrictions on your fluid intake, have veggie juices atleast twice a day, around noon and around 7 pm.

Do it religiously for 3 weeks and check.

You may want to consult a natural health practitioner to hand-hold you through the process. Because when you give the right material to the body, it will start cleansing very efficiently and you might mistake that as deterioration of your health. This phenomenon is called the 'healing crisis' actually. You are based out of which city? Let me know, maybe I can connect you to someone, especially if you have a kidney/dialysis issue.

Let’s first understand CREATININE

Creatinine is a blood chemical waste generated in the body. You blood takes it to kidneys which has millions of small blood-filtering units NEPHRONS which constantly filter blood through tiny cluster of blood vessels. These toxins are stored in bladder and then removed during urination. High levels of creatinine may indicate that your kidney is not working properly

What is Kidney?

Briefly, our kidney is cleaning unit as explained above. Second, it also plays key role of balancing the acid-alkaline levels .

  • Maintaining overall fluid balance
  • Creating hormones that help produce red blood cells, promote bone health, and regulate blood pressure

Reason for improper functioning?

Excess protein diet (animal food, processed foods) means inability of kidney to handle excess garbage and high acidic levels. Please refer tohttps://www.wellcure.com/body-wisdom/1/do-you-know-about-the-body-s-acid-alkaline-balance on Acid -Alkaline concept

Excess water consumption-due to excess intake of salt, sugar, grains leads to our increased thirst and we start consuming lot of water to quench thirst. This creates overload on kidney, as it has to handle high volumes

High Stress: High levels of stress leads to increasing our blood pressure and burdens kidneys

How to correct?

Increase your intake of raw fruits and vegetables to 50-60% of your diet

Decrease intake of non-veg, dairy and grains

This may sound overwhelming and you may not know how to start please follow our detox series posts for transition to healthier lifestylehttps://www.wellcure.com/body-wisdom/91/detox-2019-based-on-principles-of-natural-healing-by-asha-shivaram

Body possibly showed a lot more symptoms before the attack. Attack typically happens like I said bcoz the heart ( pump) is really pushing itself hard to pump the viscous blood in all those arteries. Imagine pushing to the entire body. Must be working so hard. Attacks don’t happen overnight. Body is very tolerating towards a bad lifestyle and keeps sending small to medium signals or symptoms before the attack kind of chronic situation hits. Kidneys are also slowly failing bcoz of this. Please see if he can be only on a raw fruits diet and vegetable juice diet for 1 month. Hydrotherapy for his stomach area. Cold turkey towel on the stomach. It has to be kept cold every 3-4 mins. Wear warm clothing on the rest of the body - 30 mins . Sunbath - sitting in the morning sun or sleeping under the sun for 30-45 mins daily. He can do mild movement of all his parts after few days when he can manage it . Stay on juices till 12 and then fruits. Be blessed

Body possibly showed a lot more symptoms before the attack. Skin is also eliminating via rashes, lungs are eliminating via coughing. Overall system has become toxic. I am sure this has continued for a period of time before the attack happened. He must be having bp also

I read what Smitha & Anchal wrote. Would just add that in addition to food, you may also look at your sleep. Our body does a lot of cleansing/detoxification work when we are fast asleep at night. So hope you are sleeping well and giving this opportunity to your body.

Also, body works best in a relaxed environment. Try massage therapy every 2-3 days. It also enhances blood circulation, which is important for creatinine transport from different parts of the body to the kidney.
