I had suffered from low bp once and anxiety for almost 2 - 3 years. I have contacted many doctors regarding this but my reports are all clear but I was so much depressed because of this and now I fear that what can I do to avoid these problems? How can I live a good healthy life again? Please help me to find stability and to control my mind and inner thoughts.

Hello Shakir,

We can understand that anxiety can leave you with unfruitful day, it can make you worry bout things which are sometimes not even relevant. If you are having thoughts that do not allow you to grow and achieve things, obviously they should be replaced with an abundant positivity.

The best advice when suffering from anxiety is taking a natural way to treat it. Going the natural way will only help in treating the episode but will also help in preventing it. As the stressors in today's lifestyle have increased be it for a person working at home or corporate lifestyle everything needs to be tackled in a healthy manner. A lifestyle filled with green vegetables, fruits, exercise, and meditation. The episode of anxiety can also be dealt with easily if you have a lifestyle with nutritious food and a healthy diet.

Eat:

Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it.

The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Going for a head massage, daily at night massage the head with coconut oil and aloe vera gel, this will help in soothing the nerves and reduce the episode of anxiety.

Increasing minerals in the diet will help in treating mood disorders, chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds are a good source of minerals.

Exercise:

Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshen us for the whole day. Early morning walk is recommendable.

Suryanamaskar will help in treating the mental issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it.

Work out routine like Zumba, aerobics which are normally dance-based will also help in enhancing your mood and make you feel refreshed for the day.

Meditation:

Stop using the gadget on hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils and then with the smell itself you will start feeling calm.

Take 10 long deep breaths, and allowing your body to relax, any thought which comes let it go do not resist. Saying the affirmation, I am healthy and happy" release each breath. This will help a lot in calming you.

Communicating with like-minded people always help, going to in groups make us not only share or idea and thoughts but motivate and learn something new.

Sleep:

The sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing.

Anxiety and depression has become a very common problem among the people nowadays. Many people suffer from this problem.

Reasons for anxiety 

  • Not doing sufficient physical activity. 
  • Having bad eating habits. 
  • Eating fatty foods, oily foods.
  • Having deep fried foods. 
  • Having processed and packaged foods.
  • Having spicy foods. 
  • Foods that are difficult to digest like milk products and animal foods. 
  • Constipation 
Things to follow 

Food
  • Have easily digestable foods like salads,fresh fruits,vegetables.
  • Have sprouts, nuts,beans.
  • Avoid sugar and replace white sugar with brown sugar. 
  • Have whole grains like barley, millets,oats. 
  • Drink freshly prepared fruit juices. 
  • Have coconut water. 
  • Drink sufficient water during the day. 
Physical activity 

  • Always get engaged in some physical activity. 
  • Start your day with morning walk or jogging. 
  • Perform yoga like bhujanga asana,trikona asana,chakra asana,gomukha asana.
  • Do pranayam like bhramri pranayam.

Meditation 

Performing meditation greatly helps in treating every type of mental illness. 
Do meditation daily for atleast 30 minutes in the morning. 

Sleep 

Quality of sleep greatly affects the mental health.
Have atleast 8hours of sleep daily.
Read books before going to bed .
And don't use electronic devices 1hour before going to bed.

Habits 

  • Minimize the use electronic appliances like phone,laptop,tablet.
  • Sleep early at night.
  • Get up early in the morning. 
  • Walk barefoot on grass in the morning. 
  • Take sunrays in the morning.

I am not an expert,  but once a doctor told me anxiety can happen because of low vitamin d and vitamin b12. I would suggest you get these checked and consult a doctor for supplements if it is low. When these vitamins are less, hormones are not produced well which can lead to depression and anxiety.  
Also, spend 30 mins in the morning sunlight. And do yogic breathing.

Various scientific researches have shown that both the mind and the body are connected. If you consume a healthy diet, sleep well, exercise and meditate, it helps to calm down the mind. Scientific research has shown that your mind can easily change its way of thinking if you practice and meditate and perform yoga. Yoga is mind-body medicine! As far as low bp is concerned I have seen many people who are actually severely dehydrated and that produces symptoms of low bp. So please make sure you consume plenty of fluids, coconut water, etc.

The mind and body are connected by many nerves and veins, the most important being the Vagus Nerve. This connects the brain and spinal cord. This controls all the actions which are not under our control, like digestion, anxiety, panic attacks, blood pressure, etc. When the body is experiencing stressful situations the vagus nerve is unable to send a response to the brain to relax. Therefore, if the body is under stress, (which might be because of improper eating habits, since the body has to remove more toxins to maintain a balance) and due to this there are negative emotions, decreased immunity and poor digestion. But, when we are in a relaxed state the body gets the signal to repair and heal and maintain a balance. Anything like even lack of sleep, insufficient exercise or wrong eating habits can disturb this balance. This, in turn, affects the way you manage and perceive situations and manage emotions. Meditation is proven to help control thoughts. Also, it is recommended to make lifestyle changes.

Certain lifestyle changes would help assist you:

  • This includes the removal of all animal products including dairy, removal of packed and processed food, oily and sugary foods. This creates an overload of toxins and disturbs the balance of the body.
  • Include lots of raw vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. They all contain essential vitamins and minerals for the normal functioning of the body.
  • Avoid tea, coffee, chocolates, sugary foods. They all cause spikes in the blood sugar level and also create an acidic environment for the body. These foods might give you some kind of false satisfaction of feeling good, but you would later find mood changes due to sudden changes in the blood sugar levels.
  • Exposure to sunshine and proper rest and sleep are also of prime importance. They release happy hormones, and in a relaxed state, the body can repair and heal.
  • Manage stress either by some physical activity or deep breathing. This calms the body down. This helps the body to repair and heal. Involving yourself in any kind of physical activity would also help in releasing serotonin.
  • Adequate sleep. The body repairs and heals during sleep.
  • Positive thinking helps to create positive vibes around you and automatically you would get rid of negative thoughts and anxiety.
  • Read books or listen to positive talks. Also, keep yourself occupied with your hobbies. Learning any new skill would help the release of dopamine which would make you feel good.

Low bp happens when there is a high alert in the body that something is about to hit the roof. The heart, the liver, the brain everything is constantly communicating and they don’t want toxins to enter critical areas like a flood. So this high alert sent will indicate to the heart to reduce the pressure creating a low bp. You might also be experiencing a low temperature than normal. It’s a viral infection due to the toxaemic conditions. 

Underlying toxaemia or accumulation of toxins are some of the major reasons for anxiety attacks depression, insomnia, fear and similar issues. Correcting the food habits and living conditions is very important to bring improvement in these areas. Remove all kinds of dead animal products from your life such as dairy from the food; that is meant for the calf and not for humans, meat and fish that is dead and lifeless, Eggs that attract viral activity in the body, refined sugar refined salt, excessive consumption of grains in the entire day, Consumption of excessive oil in cooking, eating fried food can lead to accumulation of debris in the body which putrefies and rots giving rise to all kinds of viral and bacterial activity that can impact the sleep cycles and cause nervous issues such as anxiety. Everything in the body is based on electrical signals. If there are inflammations then short-circuiting can happen and messages can be misinterpreted by the brain.

It could also be emotional to start with which typically becomes a physical issue as I explained above.

Switch to a whole food plant-based diet with raw fruits veggies and greens all day to starve the virus in an alkaline diet. Gluten-free, oil-free dinner. Exercise daily, have enough liquids 3-4 lts to flush the virus off the body. Expose yourself to natural elements such as the sun, earth.

हेलो,

कारण - हाजमा खराब होने पर ऑक्सीजन और रक्त की संचार मेंं कमी आती है। रक्त संचार की कमी की वजह से निम्न रक्तचाप होता है। ऑक्सीजन और रक्त संचार मेंं कमी मानसिक विकार भी उत्पन्न होता है यह शरीर मेंं अम्ल की अधिकता के कारण होता है। प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली को अपनाकर पूर्ण संभव है।

समाधान -मेरुदंड स्नान काफी लाभकारी होता है यह हमारे स्नायु तंत्र को स्वस्थ रखता है । एक मोटा तोलिया लेकर उसको भिगो दें बिना निचोड़े योगा मैट पर बिछाए और उसके ऊपर कमर से लेकर के कंधे तक का हिस्सा रखें। उस गीले तौलिए पर रहे 20 मिनट के बाद इसको हटा दें। ऐसा करने से आप का मेरुदंड में ब्लड और ऑक्सीजन का सरकुलेशन ठीक हो जाएगा।  जो कि हमारे सिर के नसों से कनेक्टेड रहता है।

प्राणायाम करना है।

लंबा गहरा श्वास अंदर लें रुके, थोड़ी देर सांस को पूरी तरीके से खाली करें और फिर रुके थोड़ी देर, उसके बाद सांस लें ऐसा एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसा 10 चक्र करें दिन में तीन से चार बार करें। केवल एक शर्त है इसमें रीड की हड्डी को सीधी रखें। ऐसा करने से आपके शरीर में ऑक्सीजन का सरकुलेशन ठीक हो जाएगा ।

जीवन शैली - 1. आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है।

तिल के तेल रीढ़ की हड्डी पर घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। 

फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

8. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
