I am suffering from itching like Ringworm at one point since two months. Applied Itch guard but not useful. Please advice remedy. What to do?

Hello Lata,

If our body is continuously getting exposed to an environment that is filled with toxins it will start showing its result in a manner that will have prolonged effects.

Continuous consumption of fatty diet and highly spiced food leads to the accumulation of toxins that are the primary cause of any health issue. What needs to be taken care of now is the fact that a major change in a lifestyle and diet is to be made to cure the problem.

The lighter the food in its nature the easier it is to absorb but what we do is load ourselves with a lot of high-fat diets and a sedentary lifestyle which results in the accumulation of toxins which results in skin issues. Skin is the first reflection of any problem in the body. By making changes in our lifestyle, we will not only cure the disease at this stage but will also prevent it.

Now let us understand what changes we can make:

Eat:

The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. The early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water as it will help in flushing out all the toxins. The next thing is including fibre-rich food items which help in adding bulk to the stools, for example having apples, bananas, nuts, etc.that has a good amount of fibre in them, the healthier the GUT, easier the absorption of nutrients and hence a healthy body.

The ideal diet should be to depend more on fruits and raw vegetable intake at least for one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach.

  • Take a raw clove of garlic crushed, this will help in treating any fungal issues, have it two hours after your meals.
  • Consumption of citric fruits like lemon, oranges, berries will be helpful in treating skin problems.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • You can have one inch of ginger and one tablespoon lemon with warm water during evening time, this is a great home remedy for ringworms.
  • Application of aloe vera gel after cleaning the lesion.
  • Apply tea tree oil, 2-3 drops with one teaspoon of coconut oil, on the ringworm, three times a day.

Exercise:

  • A brisk walk in the early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenate us for the whole day.

Meditation:

In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive.

In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oils this will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease.

A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.

Sleep:

Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals thy self.

Hello,

Itching, ringworm, inflammation and other skin problems are usually associated with infections.
This infection can be external or internal.

Reasons 

  • Bacterial, fungal or viral infection. 
  • Accumulation of toxins due to wrong habits.
  • Eating packaged and processed foods. 
  • Eating oily and spicy foods. 
  • Consuming deep-fried foods. 
  • Pollution. 
  • Contact with the infected person. 
  • Using other people's clothes, utensils or towel.
  • Exposed to some radiation. 

Things to follow

Food

  • Avoid milk-based products. 
  • Avoid animal products. 
  • Avoid fried foods, oily foods, spicy foods. 
  • Drink sufficient water during the day as it helps to flush out the toxins out of the body in various forms.
  • Drink freshly prepared fruit juices. 
  • Drink coconut water. 
  • Have turmeric and fenugreek seeds in food as they have anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. 

Local application 

  • Apply turmeric over the affected area.
  • Boil neem leaves in water and then use this water to take bath.

Things to avoid

  • Avoid the use of any chemical-based products on your skin.
  • Protect your skin from pollution. 
  • Protect yourself from bad radiation.

Consider a scenario, you have kept some cooked food outside in a corner and you forgot about it. Days and months pass, one day you accidentally happen to notice it. You open the container and its full of worms/fungus and other germs. Why did they come to that box alone and not to the other food lying around in the house? Perhaps if you ponder over this thought, you will already have answers about why your skin has developed a condition that causes an itch.

Skin issues are also an effect of a stagnant lymphatic system that is not able to channel the wastes. Remember germs are friends and unwanted ones and worms become excess in the body if you are offering them wrong foods in the body that are acidic /dying/toxic/ rotten.

Stop eating animal foods like dairy, dead and dehydrated foods like meat, eggs, fish which majorly attract worms and parasites. Your body will collect acidic wastes and feed the worms as they like decayed matter. The excreta of the worms have a high concentration of uric acid that the body has to dispose of.

Lead a lifestyle with low fat high raw all day and gluten-free, oil-free cooked in the night ( can be raw for dinner too ).

Drink only fruit and veg. juices all morning, have fruits and 3-4 cups of greens, all afternoon and have veggies most of the evening only a few spoons of cooked if hungry only at night. Have an early dinner by 7 pm. 

Target 3-4 liters of fluids all day juices included.

The more the raw and liquids the sooner you heal. It will get corrected in a few months.

Avoid all animal products such as dairy, meat, eggs, fish, and any packed foods. Everything must be made at home and eaten raw or juiced. Avoid oil, grease, wheat, refined flour, sugar, etc.

Skin takes longer to heal. Lots of fluids from fruits, veggies, and greens consistently only will bring that under control over time.

Little obesrvation and consciousness can solve all problem ..but we bussy in our own stuff that unable to pay attention to the food that we intake. Than you for sharing ...this will be helpful.

Ringworm is a type of common fungal infection caused by the fungus tinea, which is highly contagious. This infection spreads very easily and anyone can get ringworm, although some people are more susceptible than others, such as those with compromised immunity and young children.

According to Nature Cure, it might be said that due to wrong habits and lifestyle our body's immunity and vital powers are lowered due to abnormal blood components and also due to accumulation of toxins in our body. In the above conditions, the body is more prone to infections.

हेलो,
कारण - पाचन तंत्र के स्वस्थ ना होने के कारण शरीर में विषैले तत्व इकट्ठे हो जाते हैं जो  त्वचा के अंदर के ऊत्तकों को संक्रमित करने लगते हैं। विटामिन डी की कमी संक्रमण को पोषण देता है। शरीर में अम्ल की मात्रा अधिक होने पर  विटामिन डी की कमी होती है।

प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली अपनाकर पूर्ण स्वास्थ को पा सकते हैं।

 समाधान - 1. केले के पत्ते या बंद गोभी के पत्ते को त्वचा के उसी हिस्से  पर लगाएं जंहा पर समस्या है।

उसके बाद  उस हिस्से को सूर्य की रोशनी 40 मिनट के लिए  लगाएं और विटामिन ई ऑयल से मालिश करें। उस जगह पर जहां पर समस्या है।

2. अपने खाने में सेंधा  नमक  दिन में एक बार केवल पके हुए खाने में लें। क्योंकि नमक त्वचा के नमी को सोख लेती है।

3.खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। ऐसा करने से रक्त संचार और ऑक्सीजन में वृद्धि होगी।

 

जीवन शैली - 1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है।

कपूर मिश्रित नारियल तेल से त्वचा के उस हिस्से की मालिश करें जहां पर समस्या है।  घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
