Why am I facing breathing problem during feb month?

Hello Mugur, 

Maybe it is a long term effect of prolonged exposure to chemicals and adulterated food and air, which have gathered all the levels of toxicity. Our lungs hold our body together with the supply of oxygen in our body which becomes constricted due to continuously not breathing fully. What needs to be taken care of now is the fact that a major change in lifestyle and diet will be the cure of the problem. The new-age corporate glass building is a new hub of all the diseases to enter as with air conditions we lock our space with altered air supply rather than natural places. Hence, our lungs become the target and the breathing problem starts.  What makes a major difference is by changing lifestyles, that we are not only curing the disease at this stage but also preventing it.

Now let us understand what changes we can make:

Eat:

The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. 

The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake at least for one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach.

  • Consume Vitamin C rich food as it builds up immunity at the same time clear our airway like mosumbi, oranges, lemon, sprouts, cabbage, capsicum etc. 
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Have ginger lemon tea, with one inch of ginger and teaspoon of lemon which will help in treating any respiratory organ issue. 

Exercise:

  • Pranayam helps in treating all breathing problem. 
  • A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenate us for the whole day.
  • You can start with activities like blowing balloon, learning air-based instruments like flute, trumpet which will help in strengthening lung muscles.

Meditation:

In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive.

In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oils this will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease.

A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.

Sleep:

Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals thy self.

कारण - फेफड़ों को संक्रमण से बचाने हेतु मौसमी फलों व सब्जियों को नियमित खाना और अपने पोषण को सन्तुलित रखकर रोग प्रतिरोधक शक्ति को बनाए रखना है। गहरी, गम्भीर एवं पूर्ण साँसों का आवागमन फेफड़ों के द्वारा ऑक्सीजन का प्रयोग बढ़ा देती है। कुशल योग विशेषज्ञ से प्रत्यक्ष प्राणायाम को सीखकर उसका नियमित अभ्यास प्राणदायक होता है और फेफड़ों की क्रियाशीलता और कार्यमुक्तता को बढ़ाता है। प्राणायाम में साँस का अनुलोम-विलोम और ठहराव के कई तरीके सिखाए जाते हैं जिसका उद्देश्य अधिक ऑक्सीजन का रक्त में प्रवेश और रक्त से कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड (Co2) का निष्कासन मुख्यतः होता है।
शरीर में संक्रमण की स्थिति शरीर में अम्ल के अधिकता के कारण होोता है। विशेषकर शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता तब भी होती हैैैै जब एक मौसम के परिवर्तन का चक्र चलताा है। फरवरी की माह सर्दी से गर्मीी के परिवर्तन का समय होताा है।
प्राकृतिक जीवन शैैली अपनाक स्वास्थ्य को बेहतर बनाया जा सकता है।

समाधान- 1. ऐसा खाना जो कि देर तक पछता नहीं है उसका त्याग करें। जैसे दूध, गेहूं, मैदा, रिफाइंड नमक और रिफाइंड शुगर और पैकेट फूड।

फल, सब्जी, और कच्ची सब्जी का जूस को प्रतिदिन ले।

ऐसा करने से पाचन शक्ति मजबूत होगा और आंतों की सफाई हो पाएगी। 

2. सूर्य की रोशनी में 20 मिनट का स्नान सूर्य की रोशनी से करें 5 मिनट सामने 5 मिनट पीछे 5 मिनट दाएं 5 मिनट बाएं भाग में धूप लगाएं।दुख हमेशा लेट कर लेना चाहिए धूप की रोशनी लेते वक्त सर और आपको किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक ले। सूर्य नारी मंद होने पर  इन्फेक्शन अधिक होता है अतः आप जब भी सोए अपना दायां भाग ऊपर करके सोए। 

3. प्रतिदिन अपने पेट पर खाने से 1 घंटे पहले या खाना खाने के 2 घंटे बाद गीले मोटे तौलिए को लपेटे एक तौलिया गिला करके उसको निचोड़ लें और उस तौलिए को 20 मिनट तक अपने पेट पर लपेटकर रखें ऐसा करने से आपका पाचन तंत्र दुरुस्त होगा।

4. हर 3 घंटे में लंबा गहरा श्वास अंदर लें उसको थोड़ी देर रोकें और फिर सांस को खाली करें। खाली करने के बाद फिर से रुके और फिर लंबा गहरा सांस ले। यह एक चक्र है ऐसा दिन में 10 चक्र करें केवल एक शर्त का पालन करें जब आप लंबा गहरा सांस ले रहे हैं तो अपनी रीढ़ की हड्डी को सीधा रखें ऐसा करने से आपके शरीर में ऑक्सीजन की मात्रा का बढ़ेगी और ऑक्सीजन का संचार सुचारू रूप से हो पाएगा।

जीवन शैली - 1. आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है।

तिल के तेल रीढ़ की हड्डी पर घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। 

फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

6. एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

7. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

Perhaps you face triggers more during Feb. The body eliminates with breathing issues only when the toxins increases and body increases the mucus protection in your respiratory organs to shield itself from the acidic food/waste getting produced.

There are many factors that can lead to breathing issues. It could be stress-based, it could be based on what you inhale that will inflammation the bronchial passage, it could be due to nerve inflammations due to a bad lifestyle, It could also be due to viral activity. Inhalers can help ease symptoms temporarily, but if you are suffering from bronchitis or related issues and use your inhaler a lot, you may become immune to the steroids at some point. See many of these irritants can get accumulated in the lungs and can cling to your bronchial walls ( itis means inflammation and here it’s bronchi which are large and medium-sized airways in the lungs) and go up and down as you breathe irritating the bronchial tubes. This over time causes inflammation of the lungs. Mucus is one of the bodies protective mechanisms to trap viruses and other irritants that are entering the body. However, in places where the mucus must not be present if you can start accumulating, it can be very hard for the internal organs like the lungs to breathe. We eliminate healthy mucus when we have a cold and cough this is because that is bodies natural response to eliminating the virus and accumulation in the body. However, mucus starts getting excessively produced in the internal organs such as the gut, the intestinal walls the lungs where it is unnecessary, If you eat foods that produce excess mucus. Excess mucus putrifies and hardens overtime and refuses to leave the body in all the attempts that the body makes. Such is the time when you will have also have breathing issues. The major root causes of all your problems is having excess animal foods such as dairy eggs meat fish. So the elimination of these foods it’s self will ensure that the body makes way to clean itself. Secondly, other foods that contribute to such issues are sugar, excess jaggery, the food with excess spices. Suppression plays a key role in ensuring that more toxins accumulate because of the chemicals in them. Any form of suppressions is also alien to the body and the effort of suppression of the mucus from coming out leads to further deterioration and worsens the breathing issues and other respiratory issues.

The only way to permanently get relief from these issues is to follow a whole food plant-based lifestyle with each food coming only from plants. Gluten here is an exception that you will have to make although it comes from plants we will still have to remove it from our diet. Gluten is present in wheat maida barley oats and all the Rawa that is made from wheat. Do not attempt to eat any of the bakery products which are loaded with transfat. Oil and any greasy foods must be absolutely removed from the diet.

Once you feel better to join a yoga class and learn yoga and pranayama and practitioners.

Follow this:-

Morning on an empty stomach

- 500ml filtered / ash gourd juice/cucumber juice

- Followed by Green juice or fruit / any watery vegetable like ash gourd/cucumber/ridge gourd/bottle gourd/carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered

- More hunger - tender coconut water or more pure juice

Afternoon from 12 :-

- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone

- Followed by a bowl of veg salad if needed or more fruits are fine.

- Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with Gluten-free - millets rice quinoa, oil-free unpolished grains or dals 30% and 70% veggies. Removing gluten and oil will help you heal

- Include some exercises that involve moving all your parts ( neck, shoulder, elbows, wrist, hip bending twisting, squats, knees, ankles ). Join a yoga or gym and sweat out. We need to eliminate via skin also

- See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins at least. It’s v imp for healing

- Ensure that you are deep asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep.

-gargle with turmeric and salt for 5-6 times daily even if the symptoms are not there.

- Place a wet cloth on your tummy for 30 mins daily if time permits to improve the blood circulation in the gut and heal faster

What to Avoid:-

- Avoid refined oils, fried food packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt and sugar, gluten, refined oils, cooking with oil

- Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. The present is inevitable. Future can be planned. Stay happy. Happiness is only inside yourself. The world around you is a better place if you learn to stay happy inside yourself. Reach us if you need more help in this area. Emotional stress can cascade the effects. Thank your body and love it.

NOTE: When you have attacks, stick to only pure veg and fruit juices. Your need for puffs will reduce in future. As the progress happens, you can take the decision based on your own judgement to go off that. I have confidence that if you follow the above, that stage will also come. I have personally healed from severe respiratory issues which eventually led to life threatening allergies in the form of skin issues. So taking care now will help you avoid those in the long run.

To begin with, you may want to read the Health Journeys of people who could cure their long-standing respiratory issues by simply adhering to natural laws.
