Hello Sanjay,

Diabetes is a lifestyle disorder which is how it is becoming a part of every person's life. What is the cause? We all are blaming it on genetics but the issue is with our lifestyle which is completely absorbed by the chemical products and packaged food items.

Now that we are talking about a 10 years old kid here, it is the parent's lifestyle which has affected the state, as both parents and kids our connected from physical to a spiritual end. It would be really recommended if everybody takes a step towards a nature-full lifestyle. It is the toxins which we accumulate ourselves with, and our immunity starts becoming vulnerable to it. Even not having the right fluid intake is making our blood filled with toxins, resulting in diabetes at an early age. It is time to deal with all these things in an effective manner in order to treat ourselves better. A holistic cure is the right way. What makes a major difference is changing the lifestyle, then, we are not only curing the disease at this stage but also preventing it.

Now let us understand what changes we can make:

Eat:

The first thing in the morning is to start your son's day with something light in nature and easy to digest, is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake at least for one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on the stomach.

  • Consume Vitamin C rich food as it builds up immunity at the same time clear our airway, like mosumbi, oranges, lemon, sprouts, cabbage, capsicum, etc.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Have a teaspoon of methi seeds with warm water in the morning. This will help a lot.
  • Refrain from any animal products and packaged food.

Exercise:

  • Taking him on a brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenate us for the whole day.
  • Suryanamaskar, 12 sets early morning is helpful for overall health, let him start with 6 and it is really motivating if you also accompany him.

Meditation:

In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oils this will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Makin him sit crossed-legged on the floor and repeat "  I am healthy and happy" for 21 times. And let him imagine himself living healthily and disease free this will help him in the long run. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.

Sleep:

Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals thy self. Teach him the importance of early to bed and early to rise.

Hopefully, these suggestions will help you

Thank you.

Diabetes type 1 is a condition where the body has failed to process the sugars to energy. The beta cells of the pancreas have failed to produce the insulin hormone. Simple sugars like fructose from fruits vs glucose from other grains etc reach through different methods to the cells. Fructose reaches via cell diffusion whereas glucose needs insulin to transport it. The food that get converted to glucose needs insulin majorly. The role of the pancreas is huge in this. Why does pancreas fail or weaken in cases like Type1? It could be a genetically inherited weakness of the gland which further was weakened by lifestyle. Pancreas also are made up the same kind of cells that are there across your body. Just that the roles are different. A cricket team needs everyone to perform for the match to win. However, all players know how to play cricket basics but are specialized to play a certain role. Similarly, pancreas or cells making the pancreas play two major roles. One is to alkalize the food mass or chyme that's acidic leaving to the small intestines along with bile and the second role is to secrete insulin to transport glucose to the cells. So, in case when insulin production has failed, there is a good chance that the efficiency of digestion also has failed. Typically type 1s do well on raw food diets majorly because the food is alkaline to start with and the level of pancreatic buffers needed is less and secondly the insulin needed is also less for the natural enzymes in the food gets assimilated without a fuss. The challenge comes when we have grains and animal food into the mix. This is when the need for insulin is more because most of them are proteins and with a lot of effort from the bile, these become glucose inefficiently and unless you have insulin, they can prove fatal.

So why did pancreas come to this state in the first place? The constant overload of acidic foods exposed to an already weakened body makes the pancreas also weak, further weakening its functions too.

Any part of the body can rectify itself under ideal conditions.

Feed the body the foods that are purely alkaline and stop input of further toxins, hydrate the body enough with juices and natural liquids to flush the collected toxins out. Lead a lifestyle that does not add more toxins with the living conditions. The pancreas then, over time, will also return to a state with which you were born even if its slightly weak, it can do its job provided you don't abuse the body and tax the pancreas and adrenals/liver.

This must help the child:-

1) To regulate his insulin and keep it as minimal as possible it’s best to switch him to a full raw diet as a lifestyle. Mostly fruits and some vegetables and greens

2) Lots or veg juices in a day, cucumber and watery vegetables help in cleansing his GUT

3) Let him play out in the sun, barefoot on the grass or ground

4) Make him sleep early.

5) Ensure he is a happy child , no emotional stress

6) Keep a wet cloth on his tummy daily for 10 mins

Avoid these absolutely:

1) Animal foods like dairy, meat, eggs and fish

2) Grains and cooked in your condition will be a problem

3) Sugary treats, bakery foods, fried foods, packaged foods

Thanks and be blessed.

Dear health seeker Sanjay, please follow as under:-
JUVENILE DIABETES;--
There was a time when diabetes was rare among children. A man of 50 or 60 could be a victim and that too would be taken as an old age disease. Times have changed. Science has ''progressed'' . And hence disease also MUST. NOW we are told that children are also developing this dreaded disease { in fact a mother of all disease} { or it is a gift of civilised,, unhygienic life, to children}. The clever term used is ''Juvenile'' diabetes, showing it was not there ere long
Why should children become diabetic? It is a serious question. Nobody seem to realise the gravity. Why on earth , children should be afflicted by this. There are four possible reasons.;-
1. Born with a weak pancreas and / or liver
2. Indiscriminate feeding of children with heavy starches and sugar; unhealthy and filthy baby foods.
3. Inoculation, vaccines and drugging during acute diseases, like, fever, cold diarrhoea measles, etc.
4. Psychological disturbances;

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Congenital;-- when one becomes sick he usually searches for causes [THOUGH THE CAUSE IS WITHIN HIMSELF] When none could be found, he usually finds his parents or grandparents afflicted with similar disease and he ''consoles'' himself saying that he has inherited the disease. This is far from the truth. No disease is inherited. The placenta does not allow any poison to get into it. [OF COURSE, MODERN KILLER DRUGS DO PENETRATE THE POWERFUL PLACENTAL BARRIER] If the Langerhans --the part of the pancreas which produces insulin --is originally defective, the child might develop diabetes in early stages.
2. INDISCRIMINATE FEEDING;--Parents, in general, do wish their children to grow fast and fat. This is more due to the wrong propaganda by baby food manufacturers through, various forms of advertisement. The human child is not intended to grow as fast as some animals whose life span is far shorter. A human being is designed to grow in 20--25 yrs, while a cow grows fast in 2-3 yrs., We give a lot of animal products [milk, meat eggs, fish ], STARCHES & SUGARS TO CHILDREN. IN THE BEGINING, THE VITAL ORGANS DO PROTEST through acute diseases, which are suppressed by heavy drugging. The vital organs get completely exhausted. Diabetes in children is due to exhaustion of pancreas and liver in dealing with a huge intake of starches and sugars & other devitalizing baby foods.
3, Most importantly, a no. of so-called preventives [prophylactics] ARE given to children right from birth [THINKING THEM TO BE A PANACEA]
All of them are dirty and nothing else. They may damage one or more vital organs.
In our view most of the complicated diseases of children can be attributed to this reckless preventives, these preventives act as [ PREVENT DISEASE BY GIVING DISEASE ] theory, the absurdity of which can be realized by the individual.

TREATMENT;--If it is congenital, very little can be done. But if 100% NON-STARCHY vegetables, like leafy vegetables, germinated grams, a small quantity of milk of coconut or milk prepared by sesame or melon seeds prepared at home, are given the child can live a reasonably healthy life. If instead of that, insulin, or other drugs are administered and rice, wheat etc, are consumed slow deterioration will take place & life will become miserable.
Along with diet reform, a few leaves of BILVA, AND 2 OZ. of ash- gourd juice once or twice a day will give an added advantage.
[ BILVA JUICE CONTAINS NATURAL INSULIN ] & is very effective in all diabetes cases.
kindly give it a wide publicity
