My whole body is swollen. I am of 49 year old lady. There is also body ache. I consume amifru 40. Tablet. Is there any problem?

Hello Shahi,

Swelling is the first sign of inflammation when our body starts rejecting the things which we are consuming or doing in our daily routine for example not having correct diet or regular exposure to chemical products, the defence mechanism starts its action and swelling occurs.

Even when our body goes low in minerals like potassium and sodium it tends to get swollen, in both the cases the solution remains the same which is overall health care. Both the deficiency of any mineral and inflammation has the basic background of malabsorption of the nutrients.

The causes of the above remain like intake of milk products, complex food items which are difficult for our body to digest, low exposure towards sunlight. What makes a major difference is by changing lifestyles, we are not only curing the disease at this stage but also preventing it.

Now let us understand what changes we can make:

Eat:

The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins.

The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake at least for one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach.

  • Consume Vitamin C rich food as it builds up immunity at the same time clear our airway like mosumbi, oranges, lemon, sprouts, cabbage, capsicum, etc which helps in bringing down swelling.
  • Take one spoonful of flaxseed oil before sleeping, two hours after your meals will help in reducing swelling.
  • Have ginger lemon tea, with one inch of ginger and teaspoon of lemon which will help in treating any inflammatory issue this you can have two hours after your afternoon meal.

 

Exercise:

  • Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body, practising it early morning in an area which has good sunlight will help.
  • Suryanamaskar daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. And with all the stretches, you will able to control the swollen parts and body ache.
  • A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenates us for the whole day.

 

Meditation:

In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive.

In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oils this will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease.

Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep, by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind.

A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.

 

Sleep:

Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals thy self.

Hello,

The accumulation of toxins in the body leads to many health problems and swelling is one of them. Swelling may be localised or it may be in the whole body.

Reasons for localised swelling:

  • Insect bite
  • Injury
  • Hives
  • Rashes
  • Hormonal changes
  • Menstruation. 

Reasons for swelling in the whole body:

  • Fluid retention. 
  • Infection. 
  • Chronic diseases such as crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome. 
  • Severe allergy
  • Pregnancy 
  • Hormonal imbalance. 
  • Deficiency of some minerals like potassium. 
  • Stress 
  • Overweight.
  • Wrong eating  habits 

 

Diet to follow: 

  • Start your day with 2 glasses of warm water with some drops of lemon juice in it as it will boost the metabolism as well as flush out the toxins out of the body.
  • Eat only plant based natural foods. 
  • Drink coconut water. 
  • Drink freshly prepared fruit juices and vegetable juices with fibres as this will facilitate the proper movement of gut. 
  • Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. 
  • Have salads, nuts, sprouts. 
  • Eat almonds, broccoli, avocado, cashews, raisins. This will provide you with all the essential minerals, vitamins and nutrients.  
  • Have blueberries, garlic. 

Foods to avoid:

  • Avoid dairy products and animal foods as they are not for the human digestive system and hence leads to the accumulation of toxins in the body.
  • Avoid packaged and processed food items. 
  • Say no to deep fried food itmes and oily foods. 
  • Avoid carbonated drinks, tea, coffee as they interfere with the absorption of nutrients. 
  • Avoid refined oils.
  • Avoid refined grains. 
  • Say no to sugars.

Exercise and yoga:

Exercises and yoga improves the blood circulation in the whole body and also helps to correct the hormonal imbalances. So, give atleast 45-50 mins of time to exercise or to do yoga.

  • Take a morning walk or do jogging for 30 mins.
  • Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar as it will increase the blood circulation in the whole body. 
  • Do vriksha asana, padahasta asana, paschimottan asana, gomukha asana. 
  • Do yoga and pranayam in the sunrays in the morning. 
  • Perform anulom-vilom regularly. 

Meditation:

Meditation is a way to relieve all the stress. It relaxes the body, mind and soul. Stress is the reason for many problems including swelling and meditation is the way to relieve this stress.

So, practice meditation in the fresh air in between the trees in the morning for atleast 20min.

Sleep:

A good sleeping pattern and sufficient sleep is also important for the normal function of the body. When we sleep, our body repairs the damaged tissues .Sleep also gives rest to the body and mind. 

So,take 7-8hours of sleep regularly. 

Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning.

Systemic ( whole-body) acidosis equals pain, swelling and inflammation across the body. In such cases of edema or swelling,retention of fluid in tissues can happen as a result of acidosis. Its the body’s effort to alkalize. With prolonged wrong lifestyle habits, supressing all small symptoms so far, you have come to a stage where the toxins are all inside unable to come out. In such cases kidneys will also be jammed and not working properly to eliminate via the urine.

It is vital to consume alkaline-forming foods if you want the detoxification process to take place.

Follow this:-

1) Target 3-4 lts of liquids per day including juices that have no additives in them and is in a pure state

2) Avoid consuming any food coming from an animal such as dairy, eggs, meat, fish

3) Avoid refined and processed - refined oils, sugar, salt, polished grains, junk foods, fried foods, overly sweetened foods

7) Sleep and get enough rest in a timely manner

8) Eat only when you feel hungry

9)Lead a stress-free physical and emotional life

10) Do pranayama daily. Learn under a practitioner. 

11) Take water enema. Consult an expert.

हेलो,

कारण - सूजन और दर्द का मुख्य कारण हमारे शरीर में Vitamin D की कमी और पोषक तत्व का शरीर में ठीक प्रकार से संचार ना हो पाना इस रोग का मुख्य कारक है। शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से में सूजन और दर्द का मुख्य कारक होता है शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता। शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता होने पर रक्त संचार में कमी आती है और यह दर्द का कारक बनता है

समाधान - 1. गहरे हरे रंग के पत्तों का जूस बहुत ही फायदेमंद है 25 से 30 ग्राम पालक के पत्ते या धनिया के पत्ते या पुदीना के पत्तों को पीसकर उसमें 200 ml पानी मिलाएं। खाली पेट इसको पिए यह काफी लाभकारी है इसके जगह पर दूब घास, बेलपत्र, का जूस भी बहुत लाभकारी है

2. सूरज की रोशनी में सर और आंख को ढककर 20 मिनट के लिए लेटे पांच 5 मिनट आगे पीछे दाएं बाएं धूप की रोशनी लें। यह प्रक्रिया इस रोग में काफी लाभकारी साबित होगा।

3 . मानसिक और शारीरिक क्रियाओं में संतुलन लाए। दौड़ना,  बैडमिंटन खेलना, योगासन करना,  प्राणायाम करना बहुत ही फायदेमंद है। प्रतिदिन आधे घंटे के लिए इन क्रियाओं में संलग्न हो। अपने खाने में सेंधा  नमक दिन में एक बार केवल पके हुए खाने में लें। क्योंकि नमक शरीर के मिनरल  को सोख लेती है।

4. खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

जीवन शैली - 1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें। फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। कपूर मिश्रित नारियल तेल से त्वचा के उस हिस्से की मालिश करें जहां पर समस्या है।  घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें। दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ।  लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
