Hello User,

Constipation is the result of indigestion. It shows our digestive tract is suffering from all the types of food we are not able to digest but loading into our stomach. The best way to deal with constipation is to improve our eating habits. Having the meals in the time which are effective in having nutrition is what we need for better digestion.

With refined sugars, milk and gluten in our daily diet, our metabolism becomes sluggish and difficult to absorb all the nutrients. The most important thing which we should start with is-the lighter the diet, the easier the digestion and better the excretion. But as we believe in a natural way, it is the amalgamation of sleep, eat, meditation and exercise which we should be doing for long term cure.

A holistic measure is the only way you can treat this thing completely.

Eat:

The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins.

The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake at least for one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach.

  • Consume a plate of tomatoes with black pepper an hour before a meal, for easy digestion.
  • Fennel seeds after a meal will help in increasing the digestive system's pace.
  • Consuming bottle guard juice in your breakfast will help in treating digestive tract problems, consume it during breakfast time.

​​Exercise:

  • Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practising it early morning in an area which has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation.
  • Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body.
  • Practice vajrasana after every meal in order to aid digestion.
  • A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenate us for the whole day.

Meditation:

In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil this will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease.

Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind.

A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.

Sleep:

Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself.

Constipation is a condition which results in decrease in the frequency of the stool and the stool becomes hard. It results due to an improper digestion of the foods by the digestive system. Consumption of foods that are difficult to digest or not meant for our human digestive system results in indigestion and causes constipation. 
Constipation is the cause of many other diseases and hence it is neccessary to cure it for a healthy body. 

Foods to eat:

  • Start your day with 1-2 glasses of warm water as this will boost your metabolism.
  • Have ginger as it is very good in digesting the undigested products in the gut and move them out as stool.
  • Eat foods that are completely plant based as they are easy to digest.
  • Have 8-10 glasses of water during the day to be hydrated as it is also important for the proper movement of gut.
  • Have salads, nuts, beans, sprouts as they will fulfill the nutritional requirements as well as add bulk to the stool and hence facilitate its movement. 
  • Have fruits and green vegetables. 
  • Have fruit juices without removing fibre from it.

Foods to avoid: 

  • Dairy foods like milk, butter are difficult to digest for the human digestive system. So, avoid dairy products. 
  • Also, avoid animal products. 
  • Avoid processed foods and packaged foods. 
  • Avoid oily and spicy foods. 
  • Avoid tea and coffee as they increase the constipation. 

 

Physical activity: 

Physical activities are also very important as the diet for the proper movement of the gut. You may perform exercise or yoga or may indulge in some outdoor sports. 

  • Perform suryanamaskar daily.
  • Perform Anulom-vilom pranayam and kapalbhati pranayam. 
  • Do chakra asana, trikona asana, gomukha asana (under supervision of an expert)
  • Take sunrays in the morning. 
  • Take walks of atleast 15 mins after every meal.

 

Sleep:

Sleep is also very important for the proper movement of gut as well as for the overall health. Our body repairs tissues and cells while we sleep. Also, our mind and body get rest and energy while we sleep.

  • Take 8-10 hours of sleep regularly. 
  • Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. 
  • Don't use any electronic devices 1 hour before going to bed to have a good quality sleep.

हेलो,
कारण - कब्ज एक ऐसी स्थिति होती है जिसमें व्यक्ति का पाचन तंत्र खराब हो जाता है, जिसके कारण वह जो भी खाना खाता है उसे पचा नहीं पाता है। कब्ज आँतों के परिवर्तन की वह स्थिति है, जिसमें मल निष्कासन की मात्रा कम हो जाती है, मल कड़ा हो जाता है, उसकी गति घट जाती है या मल निष्कासन के समय अधिक बल का प्रयोग करना पड़ता है। आहार शुद्धि और प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली को अपनाकर इसे छुटकारा पाया जा सकता है।

समाधान- 1. जितना हो सके कच्चे हरे पत्तों का जूस छानकर पिए। जैसे पालक, दूब घास, बेलपत्र, धनिया पत्ता, तुलसी का पत्ता इन्हें अलग-अलग टाइम पर पीसकर 200ml पानी मिलाकर छानकर पीएं खाली पेट इन पत्तों का जूस बहुत ही ज्यादा लाभदायक होता है।

 2. 20 मिनट सूर्य की रोशनी में अपने शरीर को रखें सिर और आंख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक करके 5 मिनट बैक 5 मिनट फ्रंट 5 मिनट लेफ्ट 5 मिनट राइट साइड धूप लगाए। धूप लेट कर लगाने से ज्यादा फायदा करता है।

ऐसा करने से शरीर में पल रहे विषाणु मूर्छित हो जाएंगे।

 3. पेट के ऊपर एक गिला कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें 20 मिनट तक उसको लपेटे रखें इससे आंत को ठंडक पहुंचेगी।

4. हर 3 घंटे में लंबा गहरा श्वास अंदर लें उसको थोड़ी देर रोकें और फिर सांस को खाली करें। खाली करने के बाद फिर से रुके और फिर लंबा गहरा सांस ले। यह एक चक्र है ऐसा दिन में 10 चक्र करें केवल एक शर्त का पालन करें जब आप लंबा गहरा सांस ले रहे हैं तो अपनी रीढ़ की हड्डी को सीधा रखें ऐसा करने से आपके शरीर में ऑक्सीजन की मात्रा का बढ़ेगी और ऑक्सीजन का संचार सुचारू रूप से हो पाएगा।

जीवन शैली - 1. आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है।

तिल के तेल रीढ़ की हड्डी पर घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ash guard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। 

फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

6. एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

7. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

Constipation is the mother of all the problems.When you continue to feed your body acidic foods and live a lifestyle that induces more acidity- perhaps sleeping late / ignoring hunger / sedentary lifestyle / dehydration etc, then this is what is expected. 

When the colon is lined with rotting waste, unwanted bacteria decomposes and putrefies the foods that were not digested properly in the intestines. The causes still remain the same - foods such as dairy, eggs, gluten, meat, seafood consumed over a long period of time with heavy fats (oils, ghee) in daily cooking and animal proteins that weakens the bile and the hydrochloric acid in the gut. With weaker stomach acids and ineffective weak bile, the food does not get digested properly and moves into the intestine while the pathogens feed on them. Overtime, it reaches the colon which is the final dumping ground. This causes inflammation, pains, constipation, diarrhoea, difficulty to pass stools and can also result in piles, fissures and yeast infections in the excretory organs.

You must know that the solid waste matter comes to the colon to get expelled. The stickier it is with starch and animal protein and other junk and with lack of enough water, it has a tendency to become harder. The colon walls have the function to reabsorb the water into the body as long as the excreata remains there without getting expelled. So, the longer you keep it, the harder it gets. If you have seen worst cases of colonoscopy videos you will know the true story and why diseases start from this very condition. If you are also a person who thinks a lot, has a lot of stress, emotional issues, then food alone won't help. You need to take help to get that addressed. A happy mind leads to a happy GUT.

To heal this condition., It is best that you start cleaning the GUT, which in turn will clean the intestines, blood and liver, which in turn will be ready to absorb and deliver nutrients throughout the body and eventually cleaning the entire body as well. If the previous organs in the process have done their job, the colon will not have to take a hit. it’s very important that the liver starts doing its job to heal any kind of intestinal issues/organs of excretion so that the unwanted food, pathogens and heavy metals do not end up in the intestines and colon. Ideally, these are supposed to throw them out naturally after altering its state, but when they end up as-is, they attract more issues in the colon which the colon might not be geared up to do.

When body organs are clean, they do their job perfectly well. With the right lifestyle, this can be achieved. You must switch to a low fat, plant based lifestyle. Low fat here because fats also come in low % from raw foods like fruits vegetables and greens.

  1. Place a cold wet towel daily on the abdomen for 30 mins thrice a day for first 10 days. Start with 5 mins hot towel and 25 mins cold every day. After the condition improves, don’t switch to your old habits. 
  2. Give rest to the digestion and colon by juicing majorly for few days with greens, fruit or veg juices only in abundance like it’s your meal - 3-5 lts or more per day for 10 days. This will start loosening all the junk.
  3. Take water enema for a month without interfering with your normal bowel movements after constipation is getting resolved. Consult an expert as needed. Take it after the regular elimination. 
  4. Stop the consumption of dairy, eggs,  meat,seafood forever in your life.
  5. Stop all forms of fats (oils, grease, nuts, seeds) that will add load to an already compromised liver and gut
  6. Stop all forms of ready to eat foods that are purchased.
  7. Go raw on greens, fruits and veggies majorly for one full month/2 months as conditions improve.
  8. Juices till 12, fruits for lunch, vegetables and greens chewed completely and eaten for dinner. 3-4 cups of greens
  9. After 2 months, start your dinner with steamed veggies and then move on slowly to cooked food only once a day without using oils or ghee with 30% grains that are gluten-free and oil-free, unpolished, unrefined and 70% vegetables. Don’t mix raw and cooked in the same meal.
  10. Wheat and foods with maida, wheat has to be avoided forever.
  11. Sugar and processed sweeteners should be avoided.
  12. Exposure to sunlight for 30 mins
  13. Yoga pranayama / gym
  14. Practice mental peace, leading a stress-free life, free of any form of negativity.
  15. Expect some infections as you are on a healthy lifestyle as the junk comes out of the body. Don’t suppress your symptoms. Only juicing to be done to relieve it.
