Hello User,

Low blood pressure is caused because our body is not getting enough electrolytes, these micronutrients are not able to absorb in our complex diet. Minerals are required for our pressure to go smooth, that is why we start having faintness in low blood pressure.

During this lockdown, we can achieve a lot with our health.  The first thing to start with is a light diet, during lockdown when we know we are not burning that much of energy the ideal state would be is to eat lighter.

Herewith these tips, you can achieve health.

Eat:

The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest. This is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach.

  • Sources like bananas, apricots, walnuts, almonds are very god in giving our body needed minerals which are causing blood pressure to go low.
  • During evening time take one glass of chia seeds with one tablespoon of lemon, this will give you abundant minerals.

Exercise:

  • Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body, practicing it early morning in an area which has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Help in removing toxicity.
  • Suryanamaskar daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body.

Meditation:

In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep, by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind.

A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.

Sleep:

Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals thy self.

Hopefully, these suggestions will help you

Thank you

Hi,

As per Nature Cure, our body continuously works towards staying in its natural state of balance or homeostasis. Whenever there is a deviation from this state (due to unnatural lifestyle choices), extensive repair work starts inside the body and is experienced as discomfort or disease at the surface. In that sense, what we perceive as a disease is an endeavor of the body to bring back the homeostasis. Deviation from the normal range of blood pressure indicates imbalance.

Nature cure lays emphasis on supporting the body to help maintain/restore homeostasis. How do we do that? By providing the right inputs in terms of food as well as non-food elements (like sleep, exercise, rest, etc.) You can deal with your low BP problem by adopting a natural lifestyle under the guidance of a Nature Cure expert. If you want you can take a personal consultation with our Natural Health Coach who can look into your routine in a comprehensive way and give you an action plan. He/She will guide you on the diet, sleep, exercise, stress, etc. to correct your existing routine & make it in line with Natural Laws. You can explore our Nature-Nurtures Program for the same. Let us know if you are interested.

In the meanwhile, we would like to guide you to a few resources -
