Kumbhak Pranayam is healthy in any season because it helps in improving blood circulation all over the body and helps in decreasing white hair problem. The next thing is important to make sure that you keep on increasing your muscle strength and bones.

In kumbhak the main pressure is on your lungs which helps in detoxifying the whole body and improves blood circulation, in kumbhak it helps the brain to stimulate in detoxifying the body.

Way to do it:

Early morning in an area that has adequate sunlight is the best time and place to perform pranayama.

Kumbhaka pranayam can be performed in summer.
Kumbhaka pranayam helps to cleanse the respiratory system. It also cleanses the alveolar air.
Since yoga and pranayam are always good for health and have many health benefits, so it can be performed in any season.
However, sheetli pranayam is good summers.

हेलो,
कुंभक जीवन शैली का हिस्सा है। वो मौसम केे अनुसार नहीं किया जाता है। कुंभक प्रतिदििन किया जानेे वाला प्राणायाम है।
इससे शरीर मेंं ऑक्सीजन का संचार ठीक प्रकार से हो पाता है।
 कुंभक  प्राण शक्ति को सुरक्षित रखनेे का एक प्रक्रिया है।
हर 3 घंटे में लंबा गहरा श्वास अंदर लें उसको थोड़ी देर रोकें और फिर सांस को खाली करें। खाली करने के बाद फिर से रुके और फिर लंबा गहरा सांस ले। यह एक चक्र है ऐसा दिन में 10 चक्र करें केवल एक शर्त का पालन करें जब आप लंबा गहरा सांस ले रहे हैं तो अपनी रीढ़ की हड्डी को सीधा रखें ऐसा करने से आपके शरीर में ऑक्सीजन की मात्रा का बढ़ेगी और ऑक्सीजन का संचार सुचारू रूप से हो पाएगा।
