Hello Panduranga,

There is no need to get stressed regarding your loss. We understand your concern but you can achieve a healthy weight by making some diet changes and lifestyle modifications.

Diet to follow-

  • Eat only plant-based natural foods.
  • Eat sprouts and soaked dry fruits like almonds, raisins, etc in your breakfast.
  • Have fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.
  • Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibers.
  • Include nuts, beans, and salads to your diet.
  • Drink coconut water and almond milk.
  • Include whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc.
  • Drink plenty of water during the day to be hydrated and eliminate the toxins out of the body.

Foods to avoid

  • Avoid dairy products and animal foods.
  • Avoid tea and coffee.
  • Avoid carbonated drinks.
  • Avoid processed, packaged, preserved, oily and spicy foods.

Exercise

Regular exercise is essential for good digestion and an improved blood circulation.

  • Start the day with a short morning walk or jogging.
  • Do plank for 5min.
  • Do padahasta asana, gomukha asana, trikona asana and paschimottan asana.

Sleep

Proper sleep is essential for relieving all the stress from the body and mind. Hence, take proper quality sleep for at least 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am.

Thank you

Namaskar!

We understand your concern however, we urge you not to get stressed as you can achieve optimal body weight by making certain lifestyle changes. Nature Cure believes that the root cause of most of the health conditions is Toxaemia- the accumulation of toxins within the body.  While some toxins are an output of metabolism, others are added due to unnatural lifestyle- wrong food habits, lack of rest, and stress. Please do think about how you have been eating and your stress levels during these stay-at-home times.

You can explore our Nature-Nurtures program that helps you in making the transition, step by step.
