Losing weight is a byproduct of a healthy lifestyle. You don’t need to aim on losing weight. Instead just incorporate healthy habits into your daily routine.

1 Go out in the fresh air and sun light. Either do yoga or play a sport.

2 Eat healthy. Whole foods. Living foods are the best like fresh fruits and vegetables.

3 Eat only if you are genuinely hungry. Don’t eat if you are craving a food for its taste alone. Don’t eat when you crave food in an emotionally disturbed state of mind. It’s better to just drink a glass of water in such situations and observe your self to see if you are truely hungry.

4 Don’t ever over eat. Even if it means that you may have to waste food. Don’t waste it. Try to decompose it for your garden or plants.

5 Stay well hydrated. As it will help the food in your body move easily. It will help in metabolism too.

6 Keep an eye on your bowel movements. Empty your bowels everyday, more than once if possible. The more you eliminate your body will function better.

7 Rest well. A decent amount of sleep at the right hours of the night is a must. Going to bed late and sleeping into the middle of the day disturbs the body’s rhythm. The bodily rhythm works best synchronisation with the sun.

8 Be happy. Make happiness your priority. No matter what. Happiness and peace of mind help our body to function at its best.

Hi. Cleanse your body of the accumulated toxic waste, good health & weight loss will happen automatically. Up to 7 kgs of our body weight can be toxic waste. When I was in my healing phase in 2015, I did lose 7 kgs!! People around got worried, but my skin was glowing, I was sleeping well, I was happy & I healed. Weight loss was a minor thing in front of the other changes I experienced. Anyways, having said that, this is what you can do to help your body cleanse -

  1. Eat only fruits until noon every day. And again in the evening. Eat as per hunger, no restriction on quantity. Eat seasonal fruits, locally available & fresh.
  2. Eat raw vegetables in the form of veggie juices & salads. At least 50% of your lunch & dinner should be raw.
  3. Have 1 serving of sprouts every day, as a sprouts salad. Sprouts are rich in fibre & at least 10 times more nutritious than the adult plant they bloom into eventually.

I can tell you more but first, do this dedicatedly for 21 days. 21 because research suggests that it takes at least 3 weeks to form a habit :-).

Losing weight is a part of detoxing. Have raw with a good spread of fruits veggies and greens and ensure you work out for at least 1 hr sweating. Food alone will not help you lose weight or become healthy. You need to get moving all the body parts until you are tired.

Loosing weight is not big issue but loosing tension is hard. Remember if mind is overloaded then only you will put weight.
So keep calm and take rest timely between 9-11PM
Skipping one meal that is breakfast is good to loose weight if necessary take liquid in the morning.
Keep a habit of walking on heal atleast Ten minutes twice a day.
Morning water should be atleast four glass of Luke warm water
Half your diet for crazy fit
If you can spare time for meditation

Apart from all that others have said just want to mention two more things

- Love yourself no matter what shape or size you are. Be your best friend and motivator.

- Reduce or eliminate animal products completely including eggs, milk, ghee, curd etc. Just with this change you will see great benefits in weight,

Skip your Dinner or use salads with apple cider vinegar (Unfiltered).  Use hot lemon water empty stomach..

Weight loss is not a serious issue it can be achieved by some easy tips when follows regularly 
For that first of all you should avoid fast food, street food, heavy carb and Fatty diet 
Secondly you have to consume more protein in your diet it helps to full fill your hunger wtout consuming more calories 
Drink water as needed specialy before meal it reduce your calories intake 
And daily exercise wt heavy training and yogasan 
You can also use honey wt water, and lemon to reduce fat 
Daily consume Hot water in morning for better digestion
