Hello Renu,

At the young age of 24 and 114 Kg of weight, it can be concluded that your son may be suffering from obesity. Major reasons that cause obesity are usually unhealthy eating habits, sedentary lifestyle and lack of exercise. There may be other reasons like hypothyroidism etc which may lead a person to be obese or overweight.

Following is the advice that I would like to recommend your son which may help him in managing him a healthy weight.

1. Dietary advice:

  • Lukewarm water every morning with honey and lemon has been known to help cut down weight in a healthy way.
  • Intermittent fasting will help him to cut down his weight.
  • Strong control on food with too much fat or junk food, in general, is necessary also a plant-based vegan diet might help him lose an extra pound or two.
  • Controlled portion sizes will help him to not overeat something he loves

2. Physical  advice:

  • Walking or any form of a simple exercise followed by gradual heavy exercises or gym will aid in the faster loss of weight.
  • Yoga, especially surya namaskar will help him in weight loss.
  • Pranayam or any form of breathing exercise will increase metabolism and aid in fat loss.

3. Mental advice:

  • Excessive eating can also be triggered by mental troubles like anxiety etc. it is important to have a mental well being in order to have a physical well being.
  • Meditation daily for 30- 40 minutes will help him to calm down and focus on his goals and ponder on himself.
  • Walking daily morning in sun for 30 minutes has been proven to give a boost to the mood as well as day and is also good for bones.

4. Routine advice:

  • Proper sleep is necessary. Less will trigger stress and more will add on to bad mental and physical well being.
  • Greens are necessary in the diet. Less fatty and oily food.
  • Taking care of cardiovascular health is important as obesity may have long term effects on the heart as well as the cardiovascular system.

Hello Renu,

Weight gain results due to a sedentary lifestyle, lack of physical activities, and high fatty diet. For reducing the weight, it is necessary to remove the excess fats from the body, and along with this following a natural lifestyle and correct eating habits is also important. 

Diet 

  • Start the day with a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon juice in it. This will help to improve the metabolism and also to flush the toxins out of the body. 
  • Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. 
  • Soak the cumin seeds in a glass of water overnight. In the morning, boil the water and add a slice of ginger to it. Strain the water and drink it. This water will be beneficial for reducing fat.
  • Always eat only plant-based natural foods. 
  • Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibers. 
  • Have sprouts, nuts, and beans. 
  • Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. 

Exercise 

Daily exercising and yoga are also important to improve the metabolism and also to improve blood circulation. 

  • Start the day with a short morning walk or jogging for at least 30min. 
  • Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. 
  • Practice pranayam regularly, like bhastrika, kapalbhati and anulom-vilom pranayam. 
  • Take sunrays early in the morning regularly for 15-20min. 

Sleep

Sleeping patterns and quality of sleep also matter. Sometimes lack of sleep may also result in weight gain. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am.

Weight loss becomes difficult when we do not follow the right method, in some cases, there are also underlying diseases like thyroid but in case you are not having any symptoms then the first thing in losing weight is following discipline. Discipline will help you lose weight in a healthy manner.

Protein is the first thing which will help in increasing or decreasing weight and the first thing we need to concentrate on. Getting a toned body with losing weight should be helpful. It should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep, and exercise which amalgamate for good health.

Here are some tips for your weight loss and detox diet.

Eat:

The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily.

  • Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water with one teaspoon of methi seeds, which will help in flushing out all the toxins and this will accelerate weight loss.
  • Have a bowl of sprouts with a glass of bottle guard juice and an inch of ginger.
  • After two hours, one fruit, especially seasonal fruit like oranges, papaya, guava.
  • Lunch should have one buckwheat flour roti with any oil-free vegetable.
  • Snack in the evening should have almonds and walnuts, apricots.
  • Dinner should be done by 7 with soup, a bowl full of raw vegetable salad.

This will help a lot, continue for a month to see results.

  • Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practising it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation.
  • Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body.
  • Pull-ups, pushups are all helping in order to increase muscle mass and loss weight. Exercises like swimming, jogging, and running helps a lot.

Meditation:

In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease.

Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind.

A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.

Sleep:

Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself.

हेलो,
कारण - मोटापा का मूल कारण खराब हाजमा है।  खराब हाजमा के कारण भोजन ठीक से पचता नहीं है। वह अतरिक्त चर्बी के रूप में शरीर में एकत्रित हो जाता है। प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा पद्धति को अपनाकर आप पूर्ण रूप से स्वास्थ्य पा सकते हैं।

समाधान- 1. जितना हो सके कच्चे हरे पत्तों का जूस छानकर पिए। जैसे पालक, दूब घास, बेलपत्र, धनिया पत्ता, तुलसी का पत्ता इन्हें अलग-अलग टाइम पर पीसकर 200ml पानी मिलाकर छानकर पीएं खाली पेट इन पत्तों का जूस बहुत ही ज्यादा लाभदायक होता है।एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें। फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

  2. 20 मिनट सूर्य की रोशनी में अपने शरीर को रखें सिर और आंख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक करके 5 मिनट बैक, 5 मिनट फ्रंट, 5 मिनट लेफ्ट, 5 मिनट राइट साइड धूप लगाए। धूप लेट कर लगाने से ज्यादा फायदा करता है। ऐसा करने से शरीर में पल रहे विषाणु मूर्छित हो जाएंगे।

 3. पेट के ऊपर एक गिला कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें 20 मिनट तक उसको लपेटे रखें इससे आंत को ठंडक पहुंचेगी और विषाक्त कणों को निष्कासन में मदद मिलेगा। अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है।तिल के तेल रीढ़ की हड्डी पर घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise) में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

4. हर 3 घंटे में लंबा गहरा श्वास अंदर लें उसको थोड़ी देर रोकें और फिर सांस को खाली करें। खाली करने के बाद फिर से रुके और फिर लंबा गहरा सांस ले। यह एक चक्र है ऐसा दिन में 10 चक्र करें केवल एक शर्त का पालन करें जब आप लंबा गहरा सांस ले रहे हैं तो अपनी रीढ़ की हड्डी को सीधा रखें ऐसा करने से आपके शरीर में ऑक्सीजन की मात्रा का बढ़ेगी और ऑक्सीजन का संचार सुचारू रूप से हो पाएगा। प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

5. खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे  (ashgourd ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल (yellow pumpkin) 50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgourd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

6. एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

7. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

Reduction of weight by the action of physical and mental activity is possible.
First of all fasting should be practised for 14 days either water fasting or lemon honey fasting which increases metabolism  and then slowly increasing diet pattern fasting followed by fruits, boiled Vegetables, chapati, at least can take rice

Next thing is exercise

Sleep is an essential factor for weight loss because it helps to regularise the metabolism. Sleep should be around 7-8 hrs it's should night sleep between 9.30 pm to 6.00 am
