High blood pressure and Cholesterol is a reaction to long term effects of a sedentary lifestyle and being exposed to food which is high in fats and complex in nature which our body is not able to digest. That is why it is time to eat the food which is light in nature.

Cholesterol has action over our blood circulation which has multiple negative effects on the body. So, by taking steps in all the ways like sleep, meditations and diet, you can treat the same. It is time to make changes in the diet and adapt an overall naturalistic lifestyle. A holistic measure is the only way you can treat this thing completely.

The following guidelines for exercise as well as diet can help you


The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest. This is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach.

  • Take a raw garlic clove two hours after your afternoon meal, in order to reduce cholesterol.
  • One teaspoon of Methi seeds with one glass of warm water empty stomach in the morning.
  • Have bottle guard and ginger juice in your breakfast. They will definitely help in reducing cholesterol effectively.


  • Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body, practising it early morning in an area which has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. And healthily deal with cholesterol.
  • Suryanamaskar-daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body.
  • Chakrasana and Pashchimottanasana have found to be very helpful in increasing blood circulation and reducing cholesterol. Practice them after the session of suryanamaskar by holding the pose for 15-20 seconds, under the guidance of an expert.


In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep. By hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind.

Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals thy self.

Hypertension is a disorder which results in increased blood pressure and is usually caused by stress, alcohol consumption, smoking, high fatty diet, etc. High cholesterol results due to consumption of high fatty diet, due to processed foods, sedentary lifestyle, etc. But, it can also be cured by following a natural lifestyle. 


  • Eat only plant-based natural foods. 
  • Have soaked raisins, other dry fruits, nuts and sprouts to get the easily absorbable proteins and other nutrients. 
  • Drink freshly prepared fruit juices. 
  • Drink coconut milk. 
  • Include salads, nuts, and sprouts in your diet. 
  • Have soybeans in your diet. 
  • Have fresh fruits like banana, pomegranate, citrus fruits. 
  • Have fresh green leafy vegetables. 
  • Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats.
  • Replace white rice with brown rice.
  • Use cold-pressed oil for cooking. 
  • Limit your sodium(salt) intake.

Foods to avoid

  • Limit or avoid alcohol. 
  • Avoid or limit nicotine intake. 
  • Avoid street foods, deep-fried oily foods, and spicy foods. 
  • Avoid processed foods and packaged foods. 
  • Avoid dairy products and animal foods as they are not suitable for the human digestive system and creates health issues.
  • Avoid tea and coffee. 
  • Avoid carbonated drinks. 
  • Avoid sugars, refined grains, and refined oil. 


Exercising or yoga is very important. Yoga helps in controlling the blood pressure to a great extent as it improves the blood circulation in the whole body and also aids in removing any obstruction in the arteries which results in a narrow lumen.

  • Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily.
  • Do padahasta asana, trikona asana, chakra asana, gomukha asana.
  • Start your morning with a short morning walk of 20 minutes.
  • Do deep breathing exercises like anulom-vilom pranayam. 
  • Kapalbhati pranayam is very effective for reducing the cholesterol levels. So, practice kapalbhati pranayam daily for about 5 to 10 minutes. 


  • Correct sleeping pattern is very important for maintaining circadian rhythm, hormonal balance and for reducing stress.
  • Sleep and wake up at a fixed time. Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning. 
  • Avoid using electronic gadgets 1 hour before sleeping.
  • Take 8-10 hours of sleep daily. 


Do meditation for at least 20 min every day. It gives a soothing effect on the brain and reduces all the stress.

Bhramri pranayam is also a way to meditate. So, you can also perform bhramri pranayam.

कारण - कम घनत्व वाला लिपोप्रोटीन (एलडीएल; Low-density lipoproteins - LDL), जिसे "खराब कोलेस्ट्रॉल" भी कहा जाता है, धमनियों में जम सकता है और गंभीर स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं का कारण बन सकता है। यह खराब हाजमा के कारण होता है। ब्लड प्रेशर की समस्या निष्कासन प्रक्रिया में विकार उत्पन्न होने से होता है। योगा आसन के साथ कच्चा आहार लेने से लाभ होता है। प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा पद्धति के अनुसार किसी भी बीमारी को पाचन तंत्र को स्वस्थ कर के ही ठीक किया जा सकता है।

समाधान - 1. सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन, अनुलोम विलोम, पवन मुक्तआसन करें।

पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें।

2. खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

जीवन शैली - जीवन शैली-  1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। 

फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
