@Smitha and @Swati have explained very beautifully. I would like to add one simple thing. Our body has been very adequately equipped us to heal naturally. All you have to do is to help your body. Our 75% of vital energy is utilised in digestion, you can reduce this by eating food which digests faster. Fruits and raw vegetables are the best. All refined foods increase the digestion time.

Meditate and best is to speak to the bone. Feel that it is healed. Start with the positive affirmation that bone is healing. Then progress to a feeling of that bone is healed. This may sound crazy if you are not spiritual, but this works miraculously. This is also part of Kriya Yoga.

Sunbathing one hour daily is must.

Deep breathing half an hour daily.

Exercise the bone. Start gently but only after the bone is set. If not possible then do cold and hot water treatment. Soak the effected part in cold ice chilled water for three minutes followed by one minute in hot water. Repeat it 4-5 times.

We will be publishing a story of a 13yr old child who spent all his 9 yrs having multiple fractures on his hands. Most of his 9 yrs was with a cast. He had brittle bones and would always have a fracture if he fell down or hurt his hand in a game with the boys.

He is 13 now and after 2 yrs of consistently following a vegan diary free lifestyle, he can punch someone in a game and get punched and fall down in a football match and not have a fracture anymore. Bones need calcium and calcium is not available in the form that body can make use of from animal products. It has to be from fruits vegetables and greens and body uses that to make calcium.

One more case that I helped is - a colleague of mine met with a very severe accident and after multiple months on the bed, he finally managed to walk. However he had to get a rod inserted in his right hand. So he could not bend his hands. The doc had given him 6 months of time for the bone to grow and if the growth did not happen, the rod had to be permanent . He could not even take a spoon of food from his plate to his mouth. He started having a lot of fruits and quit diary. In 2 months, he was able to see some growth and also was able to feed himself. So the body’s ability to spring back is faster on a majorly raw and vegan lifestyle.

Hi

1 Sticking to a raw diet..... majorly seasonal local and fresh fruits with vegetables will help your bone heal fast.

2 Getting sun exposure morning and evening, when the sun is not too hot will help your bone heal faster.

3 After the bone is set start with mild simple movements and gradually try to improve the strength of the bone with excercise.

Yes. Let the body be!!

Bone health is dependant on so many factors - protein & calcium are commonly known. But also various vitamins like Vitamin C & K and minerals like phosphorus, magnesium, etc. Vitamin C helps the body synthesise collagen, which is a structural protein. Collagen helps in connecting tissues, strengthening bones, skin & muscles. Just like calcium, Vitamin K also helps in improving bone density.....To cut a long story short, if you provide a variety of fruits & vegetables, sprouts, nuts & seeds to your body, it will get all the desired inputs to heal your bones. Focus on eating locally available, seasonal & fresh produce, in raw form. You can read some of the blogs on Wellcure to understand the rationale -
