Hello

FSH stands for follicle stimulating hormone and LH stands for leutanising hormone. Both LH and FSH plays an important role in menstrual cycle, they are responsible for ovulation. Increases or decreased levels of FSH, LH or any other hormones indicate hormonal imbalance. Hormonal imbalances result when we disturb our circadian rhythm and don't follow a correct lifestyle.
