I have multiple issues in my body as and am fed up with allopathic and want to try nature cure, please guide.

Hello Reetu,

Any issue in the body arises from the toxin accumulation, hormonal imbalances and the imbalances of panchamahabhut which is the basic ingredient of this body.
The reason for this is our activities like consumption of processed, packaged foods, not taking fresh air and sunlight, disturbed sleeping patterns, etc.
Anybody can experience tremendous changes in their health by following just simple rules which are essential for everyone. 

Foods to eat

The food that you eat, 40 to 50% of it should be in raw form. 
If you eat dead food how can expect to be alive. The body has to raise the dead to get the nutrients which means more work needs to be done by the body and hence more pressure is created. 
So, eat raw and fresh food.

  • Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach. This will help to detoxify the body. 
  • Eat only plant-based natural foods.
  • Include sprouts, salads, nuts, and beans.
  • Have soaked raisins and other dry fruits. 
  • Include fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. 
  • Drink coconut water. 
  • Have while grains like barley, millets, oats, etc.
  • Drink sufficient water during the day to be hydrated. 

Foods to avoid

  • Avoid processed and packaged foods. 
  • Avoid tea, coffee, and other caffeinated drinks. 
  • Avoid carbonated drinks. 
  • Avoid dairy food items and animal foods.
  • Avoid refined grains, refined sugars, and refined oil as it may worsen the condition. 
  • Avoid oily and spicy foods.

Yoga and pranayam 

Yoga and pranayam are very effective in vitiligo. They improve blood circulation in the body. 

  • Perform pranayam for 15-20 min daily, specially Bhramri, Sitkari, Sitali, Nadishodhan and Kapalbhati pranayam. 
  • Do suryanamaskar daily. 
  • Do some asana also like bhujanga asana, trikona asana, gomukha asana.

Sleep

Sleep plays an important role in maintaining the circadian rhythm and hormonal balance. 

Hence, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning.
