Hello User,

Bloating and gas are due to improper digestion, intolerance to a particular food or it may also occur due to overeating.

Roast some ajwain on tawa and add rock salt to it. Drink it with water. Take a short wall for around 15 minutes.

Here is the detailed description for the diet and habits that you should follow.

Diet

  • Don't overeat.
  • Never skip meals.
  • Eat only plant-based natural foods.
  • Add roasted heeng, jeers, and ajwain in food while cooking.
  • Include salads, sprouts, nuts, and beans in your diet.
  • Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices.
  • Avoid dairy products and animal food products.
  • Avoid tea and coffee.
  • Say no to alcohol.
  • Avoid processed foods and packaged foods.
  • Drink sufficient water during the day to be hydrated.

Exercise

Lack of physical activity may also lead to bloating. So, being physically active is also important.

  • Start the day with a short morning walk of at least 30min.
  • Take short walks after every meal.
  • Sit in vajra asana after major meals.
  • Practice suryanamaskar daily.
  • Do bhujanga asana, gomukha asana, trikona asana, padahasta asana, specially pawan mukta asana, also known as gas releasing pose.

Sleeping

A correct sleeping pattern is equally important as a correct diet. It affects the circadian rhythm and overall health.

Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am. Take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily.

Don't use any electronic devices 1hour before sleeping.

Thank you

Namskar!

Thanks for sharing your concern with us! To begin with, let us look at your problem from Nature Cure perspective.

Nature has designed our body to stay in good health. Digestion is the most basic function of our body and as far as our lifestyle (food as well as non-food aspects like sleep, sunlight, emotional health, movement etc) is aligned to the Laws of Nature we can expect to have a healthy digestive system, free from issues like gas, bloating, constipation etc. Only natural foods (like vegetables, fruits, nuts etc.) are easy to digest and absorb. All animal-based foods like dairy, meat, eggs etc. as well as refined and processed foods leave a toxic residue in the body. This, in turn, results in gas.

From Nature Cure point of view, toxicity is the root cause of all diseases. The way out to your stomach problem is to get rid of the toxins. We would encourage you to adopt a natural lifestyle to deal with your condition. You can explore our  Natural Health Coaching Program that helps you in making the transition, step by step.

Also, we suggest you read real-life natural healing stories of people who cured digestive issues just by following Natural Laws.

All the best!
