Hello Suresh,

Yes, you can have cooked food for lunch and vegetables and salads for dinner. But, be sure that you have only plant based natural foods.
Also, for cooking use cold pressed oil instead of using refined oils.
Use brown rice instead of white rice.
Use brown sugar instead of using refined sugar.
Do not use and processed or packaged food items.
Also, say no to dairy products and animal foods.

Thank you

Hello Suresh,

It is a good decision and we completely encourage you to follow this method of eating. The best way to do it is to start your day with healthy fruits keep your breakfast raw and even start with sprouts or a glass of vegetable juice.

Continue with lunch with grains and cooked meals and your dinner should be back with more vegetable-oriented meals like soups, salad, vegetable cutlets, etc. Fruits in the morning will help you retain the required glucose for the body for the whole day.

Take care.
