Can we treat hyperthyroidism permanently.?

Yes it is possible. Every BODY constantly strives to move towards better health. You just need to remove all that is taxing your body. And include things that will support your body’s cleansing and healing.  And you will see the capabilities of your body.

Yes, it can be treated permanently. Hyperthyroidism increased activity of the thyroid hormone. To regulate it we have to take extra efforts by keeping our food habts in check. A person suffering from Thyroid disorder needs to be having monitored food intake.

A permanent solution for Hyperthyroidism is healthy low iodine diet and exercise.

You should avoid iodized at, sea food, dairy products, bread, pasta, egg yolk etc. These are high in iodine content and therefore to maintain low iodine in the body, they should not be consumed.
You should also avoid soy products and tofu.
Take vitamin B-12 rich foods as you may also have it's deficiency. 
Bungleweed is a plant that is know to treat lungs and heart diseases and has shown some effectiveness in treating thyroisdism. But not enough studies or information is available on it.
So before making any changes you should consult your doctor.
