Hello Bitupan,

There are two types of lumps that can occur in breasts, one is benign (non-cancerous) and the other is malignant (cancerous). In 80% of the cases, it is benign in nature. If your wife's lump is also benign then it can be cured naturally. It is the localized swelling that is different from the normal breast tissues. A breast lump may develop due to an infection or abscess or fat necrosis or due to trauma.
The following guidelines will help to deal with it naturally.

Apply a warm or cool compress

If the lump is painful then the application of warm or cold compresses give relief from pain.

Wear a well-fitted bra

If the lump is painful then supporting the breasts with a well-fitted bra will help relieve some discomfort.

Diet

  • Avoid caffeine completely from your diet.
  • Avoid high fatty diet, processed, and packaged foods.
  • Drink 3 to 4 glasses of warm water early in the morning on an empty stomach.
  • Eat only plant based natural foods in your diet.
  • Have overnight soaked raisins and other dry fruits to get the easily absorbable nutrients.
  • Have one fruit daily like banana, apple, papaya, etc.

Exercise

Exercising daily is essential for improved metabolism and blood circulation. So, make time to do some physical activity daily.

  • Take a short morning walk of at least 30min.
  • Do plank for 5min.
  • Perform yoga asanas like bhujanga asana, trikona asana, gomukha asana and padahasta asana.
  • Practice deep breathing exercises regularly in the morning.

Sleep

Sleeping is essential to maintain the circadian rhythm and hormonal balance. It is also essential to remove all the stress from the body and mind. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning.

Thank you

Hi,

Thanks for sharing your query with us. We do appreciate your concern for your wife's health condition. Let us start by understanding the Nature Cure perspective.

As per Nature Cure, toxic overload is the basic root cause of all diseases. Some toxins are added to the body as a byproduct of metabolic activity and others due to wrong lifestyle choices (like lack of sleep, unnatural food habits, lack of movement, stress etc. The lymphatic system in our body helps us to get rid of metabolic wastes, toxins and unwanted matter. It can also be called the drainage system of the body which facilitates the removal of waste matter from our body. The lymphatic system transports the lymph, a fluid containing white blood cells, which deal with all infections etc in the body. The lymph vessels are connected to lymph nodes, which act like refineries. There are hundreds of lymph nodes in the body located near the lungs, heart, or under the arm or the groin, they are found from our head to the knee area.

With the lifestyle and food habits that most people follow these days the number of toxins getting into our system is way too high than the body is able to cleanse and remove. So with time the drainage system starts getting clogged and heavily loaded with toxins. This can lead to various diseases in the body. Lumps can be due to swollen lymph nodes in the breast.

To reverse such a condition, we need to support the body to eliminate toxins by providing the right inputs like natural food, good rest/sleep, relaxed mind etc. Therefore, we recommend you to align your lifestyle as per Natural Laws and you will be surprised to see how beautifully the body heals itself. You can also explore our Natural Health Coaching Program that can help your daughter in making the transition, step by step.
