Namaste Suntharamurthy,
That's commendable that you are doing water fasting for 24 hours and trying to extend your limits. Headache is one of the common symptoms people experience while fasting and it is one of the cleansing symptoms the body shows. So you don't have to worry. You can follow these tips when you are experiencing a headache:
1. Gradually increase your fasting duration: after completing 24 hours of water fasting, gradually increase the duration by 1 hour and keep yourself hydrated.
2. Apply a pack of cold compressed ice pack to your head or neck it will help dull the sensation of pain.
3. Add breathing exercises, inhale from one nostril and exhale from another.
4. Take Rest: Physically and mentally. Avoid screens of TV/Mobile/ Laptop
4. Go out for a walk if your body supports and take fresh air.
