Menstrual cramps is a very common issue today. And the reason for it is nothing other than our faulty lifestyle.

For women uterus also works as an eliminatory organ and it tries to remove toxins during the menstruating cycle. When there’s pain and cramps during menstruation we can understand that there are toxic deposits which are not normally supposed to be there in your system.

Analyse your food habits and lifestyle. Remove all unhealthy foods,  processed, packaged food, dairy meat etc from your diet. Remove sugar salt and maida completely from your daily routine.

Consume only fresh fruits veggies and greens majorly. Let your diet be 50% fruits, 35% vegetables, 10 % grains and sprouts and 5% of nuts. Stay as much as raw as possible.

Stay well hydrated. And the best way is to stick to large quantities of juicy fruits.

Monitor your bowel movement. Constipation at all levels will aggravate your issue.

Stay happy and relaxed. Sleep well. Get enough sun air and grounding exposure.

Last but one of the most important things will be to practice yoga. Yoga will help activate your sluggish lymphatic system and assist in eliminating old accumulated toxins. Yoga also improves the function of your glands resulting in better functioning of your body.

Health is in our hands....

Be happy be healthy

For on the spot short term solutions
1 Make a decoction by boiling 30 grams of cumin seed in a glass of water and drink.
2 You May apply a hot bag or a cold pack which ever gives you relief.
3 You May boil a hand full of methi and drink the water .
A proper diagnosis can help you to get the perfect guidelines for a long term solution..
