For all Dentists fluoride is very important. They keep advocating fluoride based toothpastes. But you speak to a nature cure expert and fluoride becomes a devil. What to do? How to choose?

Please read this to know the dangers of fluroide.

My criteria to choose a toothpaste is that 1) It should have minimal ingredients 2) It should not have any chemicals 3) It should not be tested on animals 4) The container should be recyclable.

Considering these factors, I use Vicco Vajradanti toothpowder.

I also have neem sticks from my tree, need to start using them.

Other things you can do is to eat a small piece of veg or fruit after your cooked meal or chew on some mint leaves.

In any case, reducing comsumption of cooked food goes a long way in ensuring healthy teeth.

Here are some more nuggets of wisdom from NC expert Sir Kevin Hinton.

There are many chronic side-effects associated with the ingestion of fluoride, to include;
• Dental fluorosis - mottling of teeth
• Skeletal fluorosis - In some areas, particularly the Asian subcontinent, skeletal fluorosis is endemic.
• Irritable bowel syndrome
• Rheumatoid arthritis and spondylitis
• Kidney and liver damage is suspected but not confirmed.
• Chromosomal damage may be incurred
All chemicals will bond with a tissue that is appropriate for it’s vibrational rate – call it magnetism, adhesion, electro-magnetic attraction...
Example: Fluoride bonds with the teeth and bones

 Fluoride is an accumulative poison - it doesn’t create immediate symptoms - unless ingested in large quantities - however, over a long period of time - there are demonstrable symptoms.

Fluoride came into picture to prevent gum infections and teeth decay. Asha has already posted the side effects of that. It also has a tendency to calcify endocrine glands. Instead of asking ourselves, why are dental issues common, mankind decided to look for preventive measures. In fact, incorrect lifestyle leads to dental problems and fluoride toothpaste also adds to that. It’s best to ensure that we avoid any chemical intake by the body whether it may be soaps, perfumes , creams , shampoos or toothpastes. It’s always going to be detrimental one day.
