How to cure brain fog. Not able to think clearly and properly. Heaviness in head. How should I cure..?

Brain fog again is due to toxaemia Divya. You will need to go through a cleansing and maintain a healthy lifestyle to starve off the viruses affecting those communications / neurotransmitters. It’s similar to dementia / Alzheimer’s where a similar issue occurs too. 

It’s best to be on a grainless whole food plant based diet without any oil. No diary no animal based foods no soy sugar corn outside prepared foods or ready to eats . Get ur b12 examined. Exposure to sun for 30 mins. Best to stay on a full raw lifestyle with exceptions being steamed veggies. 

Increase intake of fruits leaves and veggies and its juices. Don’t feed anything that will feed the toxaemia to increased and feed that infection. It’s very important to keep ur stress levels to a minimum. We don’t want the adrenaline to mess the other responses in the body. Stay blessed. This can heal.. be disciplined and it will be reversed

Smitha is right. All aspects of natural lifestyle will help you. I used to have fybromyalgia and brain fog too. Of all the aspects she mentioned, increasing raw foods in your diet, reducing complex foods like grains and animal foods and adequate sleep will greatly help in healing.

Brain fog is related to the tiredness of our brain activity. It is simply caused due to overexertion at work,

It does have other causes like nutritional deficiency, sleep disorder or coffee and sugar's excess consumption. With these reasons you need to evaluate your lifestyle and find the cause first so we can directly tackle it.

The Cure to it is simple with three steps:

  • Good nutritional diet.
  • Exercise.
  • Good 6-8 hours sleep.

Hei Divya , Brain fogging can occur due to various reasons be it physical , mental or dietary . Don't put extra strain on your mind thinking about this condition . You must follow the following measures and feel the change .

1. Reduce your screen timing . These days we are constantly using mobile for what's up , instagram and fb extra . The light rays that our screens emit causes mood swings , decreases concentration and makes us irritated . 

Go on Digital detox for a week for starting .
Avoid use of mobile Especially 2 hrs before sleeping .

2. Avoid fried foods , bakery products and non veg (tamsik aahar ) 
Eat a plate full of seasonal fruits with night soaked almonds seeds (one spoon ) as breakfast . You can add oats or poha as per your appetite . 

Before lunch have a plate of salad.  Avoid rajma , blackgram , rice . 

Have your dinner by 7 in evening .

3. After waking up , spend first 30 min in 
 🌟 om chanting - 10 rounds 
 🌟 Anulom vilom - 10 times each side 
 🌟 Bhramri pranayam - 5 min 

This will help in increasing your concentration and will give you clearity in your thoughts .

4. Practice Gratitude .
