Hi! Don't fret too much about the time. Just try to ensure you get daily sun exposure, especially during sunrise and sunset. And yes, best to have it on bare skin.

Hi! I think it is advisable to be in the sun in the morning hours, before noon, especially in the summer months. At least 15-20 minutes of sun exposure is recommended on a daily basis.

Remember to be without sunscreen and try to have the sunlight fall directly on your skin.
