I am a Diabetic for 9 years. Until last Wednesday my sugar levels were quite stable. Fasting was around 130 and PP around 160. Not sure what has changed since diet and exercise remain the same and I had no outside food but the sugar levels have jumped high. Fasting these days is around 220-240 and PP around 275. What could be the reason. Someone mentioned about possiblility of infection in body, not sure. Please guide.

Hi there,

We need to under the concept of TOXAEMIA to understand natural health and its problems.

The symptoms are termed differently but actually, it is the accumulation of toxin within the body.

Diabetic monitoring has got no link to natural health.

We need to conserve vitality to throw out the toxins accumulated in the body.

I would recommend you to consult with a competent Nature Cure practitioner with your specific patterns of lifestyle and the needed modifications.

  1. You need to understand the meaning of natural food and outside or homemade cooked food.
  2. Also, you need to understand what is the meaning of infection, as per nature.

The misconceptions about health are one of the main causes of the deterioration of health.

What I see in your case is the need for understanding the CAUSE of health problems to get rid of the conditioning of focusing on the SYMPTOMS as the CAUSE!

Thank you...

Namaste

There could be multiple reasons for the spike in your sugar readings. Please do a small self diagnosis here :

1 Are you stressed due to any reasons at home or at work?

2 Are you sleeping well?

3 Do you feel any changes in your body internally.... like energy levels, or unusual body temperatures?

4 Are you as active as you were before? Or has there been any reasons to be lesser active than before?

5 How long have you been on your present medication?

6 How are your bowel movements? Normal? Constipated?

7 Any changes in work routine?

Please try to answer these questions and we can try to see why your sugar levels have gone up.

Be happy be healthy always

Symptoms and sugar levels changes with growing age . So according to that we need to adjust our diet to control sugar levels. I know It is hard to stick on similar diet everyday and continue it for years. Diet and the advice changes according to your age. It is important to take care of sugar levels in diabetes mellitus . Before advicing you anything i wanna ask you about your age, your diet, your sleep pattern, and about your recent sick history.
