Coming to weight loss, you see body acts on the food and not vice-versa. That’s why the same foods don’t show the documented benefits to every single person who eats it. It depends on the condition of your body to digest the food and absorb the nutrients and make its own needs. Weight loss / healthy gain is a consequence of a healthy eating and living habit. It’s not something you can eat something and achieve. If you see a change in your weight just because you ate something, it only means that your body did not use a high amount of its energy to digest anymore, so it is reusing that remaining energy to detox or heal you. Result of which among many is also weightloss. With every small shift towards a healthy lifestyle, the body moves further and stops. Again a change, it moves and stops.  You will hit a threshold limit if you go behind any one particular solution/herb/medicine, you must remember that life must be simple when it comes to eating/living. Too many jargons make your thinking complex.

We were not created with a medical dictionary/diet chart. Humans were designed to eat fruits, veggies, greens, nuts, seeds in raw form, chew and digest it naturally. Anything you can’t chew and naturally eat is a diversion from the ideal. So how much you diverge, makes you so much more fat/ill. Shorten the gap, and you will become smarter healthier. Yes, this sounds weird that you are lean and we are asking you to have foods that look like will make you thinner. These foods will help your organs and body function efficiently, and if you have to gain, you will gain over time. You also have to start weight training to build your muscles on a healthier raw diet. It will overtime tone your body, and you will feel healthy inside.

Cucumber juices - fruits - salads - oil-free millet dinner will over time keep you fit. Avoid any form of animal foods like dairy meat eggs fish, sugar wheat,  packaged foods.

Namaste,

What is your regular diet and life style?

you can gain your weight naturally by obtaining natural food, and organic life style.

Select fruits, vegetables and rice which has fibre content.

Eat sprouts, nuts, boiled potatos, tapioca as a part of diet and  semi cooked carrot, beet root, radish in adequate qty.

Eat millets than rice, have fruits like banana, apple.

Note:  Do not drink water while eating. Just have few drops to fill your thirsty. Afer every meal, post 30 min drink water as per thirsty.

Have good and deep sleep, and lear yoga and Meditation by yoga expert.

Prepare Multigrain Health drink at home and some jaggery and drink twice a day to get nutrient.

Thanks.
