Hi, I am suffering from high blood pressure , constipation , gastric , headache issues. Although I am taking medicine for high BP and lactifiber for constipation also since the age of 30.. Now I am 36... Is it posible to get rid of high bp permanently and constipation and gastric issues... Pls suggest...

Hei Devesh , basically your stomach is responsible for all the problems that you are facing be it high blood pressure or headache .

Take some time out and note down which food increases your constipation . Track your dietary intake and change those specific patterns. 

Reduce your salt intake .
Sit in silence for 15 min daily 
Do your prayers regularly .
Add maximum fruits and vegetables in your meal . 
Reduce your tea / coffee intake and start having green tea .
Do 10 min of Om chanting twice a day it will help with your bp and headache .

Before sleeping massage your feet with coconut oil .

Stay active stay healthy ❤️

Ok..thanks for the suggestion..is it posible to get rid of tablets and I can control my bp with these life style changes like walking , yoga..

Or tablets can work long lasting , will not adverse affect on heart in future...

I m also taking medicine of high hp from last 6 years my age is 36.i join gym now from last three month and doing cardio exercise and also take very very less salt..and always eat home made foood..kindly help me I wanna throw my medicine forever and wana live a healthy life

Okay . If you travel alot make sure to have a healthy breakfast that includes oats / nuts / seeds - means cover your proteins and healthy fats.

Reduce your salt intake .

Carry your green tea sachets along with you .

In pranayam - do Anulom vilom only for 10 to 15 min . And 10 cycles of om chanting .

Start doing this and do share how you feel . 😊

Usually I takes medicine at night and usually check my bp next day at the afternoon or evening so it comes 90/138, or 84/134 most of the time..only last year it got increase suddenly and reach 90/160 than I have to increase my medicine dose..in last 5 years only once it increased ...

I only want to get rid of bp problem and keep my heart healthy.. pls advise...

Devesh can you please mention your current blood pressure before and after taking medication ??

As you increase your pranayam and balance your diet then you can taper your medication along with .

So mention your bp please.

Hi Devesh,

Yes, it is possible to get rid of your high Bp, constipation and gastric issues. You have to support your body with the right environment for it to heal. The human body has the ability to cure itself. So have faith and belief in the nature and your body. It is important to switch to a plant based diet and eliminate all fried, processed, packed, sugar foods etc. Apart from this it is important to chew your food slowly and remain calm. Pranayam, hobbies, physical activity and lastly , but most important thank nature and count your blessings. You could increase consumption of fruits, vegetables in your regimen. Apart from this addition of ginger, garlic, ajwain, sauf (fennel) seeds are helpful for gastric issues. Stop tea/ coffee, any alcohol or smoking if any. Wish you Good Health Always!

नमस्ते

आपका निष्कासन (elimination) पूर्ण रूप से नहीं हो रहा है जिसके वजह से बॉडी आपको disease के रूप में अलार्म दे रही है,

सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा ५ पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें १०० ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।

जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।

२ घंटे बाद कोई bhi एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ, कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। 

सलाद दोपहर १ बजे, बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ २ कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ १ कटोरी चावल या १ रोटी लें, ८ बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, १२ घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें ८ बजे रात से ८ बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है, 

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गिला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के २ घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ, खाने के १ घंटे बाद पानी पिएँ खाने के बीच में या खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है।

What is your day today activity? How is your life style on daily basis.

According to my suggestion you need to dietoxify your system first. Being in tablets for your BP it may tends to create side affects like constipation, headache chances are there.

So sip herbal teas, take seasonal fruits. Have some basic yoga, and brisk walking. Do pranayama, you will feel better.

Day to day activities ----Wake up at 8.30 am , go to bed at 12 oclock at night.job profile based on touring,involve travelling.
