Most of the migraine patients are prescribed Sibelium Tab 5/10 Mg as preventive medicine. Is there a natural substitute to it?

When we talk about prevention, it includes a natural lifestyle, not a suppressor. Even if it’s a natural herb from a plant, it’s a suppressor. A healthy lifestyle includes a wfpbd, natural way of exercising, being happy, exposure to nature among many things. Please educate that and don’t waste time looking for quick and temporary fixes. Temporary fixes will keep doctors occupied but patients will suffer. Choose the objective here.

Namaste,

Any pills for longer term will end up in side affects only.

Excessive noise, light, stress and tension all contribute to increasing migraine pains. Weak digestion is also a contributing factor which increases ama in the body and prevents proper circulation of blood in the body and brain.

Avoid hot, spicy foods, fermented foods, white sugar, white flour products, and sour or citrus fruits, because they aggravate the Pitta in your body.

Eat more fiber, fruits and vegetables, and whole grains.

Avoid excessive sugar or salt, refined foods, animal products (meats and dairy), caffeine, and tea, as these items will further lead to aggravation of Pitta.

Head massage with Bhringraj Oil is also beneficial. This massage gives a calming effect to your nervous system.

Avoid direct exposure to the sun, as migraine headaches are predominantly a Pitta disorder and can be triggered by the hot sun.

Try to stay calm and sleep in dark room and rest for a while.

Thanks.
