Hello,

Light meals, rice, lentils, soups, vegetables and fruits like pomegranate and melons are particularly recommended.
Food articles cooked in iron pots are good
Take half a cup of apple juice and a half cup of beet root juice. Mix apple juice with beetroot juice. Add honey to this and stir well to mix. Have this juice twice a day.

Have fresh fruits, avocado, pasta, rice, dairy products, and sweet foods.
Include nuts like almonds, walnuts, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, and peanuts in your daily diet.
Avoid caffeinated drinks, alcohol, and aerated drinks after dusk.
Avoid watching television or working on the computer late at night.
Use whole-wheat flour and brown rice instead of refined varieties.
Increase intake of fruits, salads and vegetables.
Yoga can be beneficial. Breathing exercises (Pranayama) can also be helpful.

नमस्ते

आपका निष्कासन (elimination) पूर्ण रूप से नहीं हो रहा है जिसके वजह से शरीर आपको disease के माध्यम से कुछ कहना चाह रही है।

आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा१/२+धनिया पत्ती पीस लें, १०० ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ।

दोपहर में १२बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें और इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ, शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर २घंटे तक कुछ ना लें।खाने में सलाद बिना नमक के खाएँ।

मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

सुबह के धूप शरीर को लगाएँ और अपने मन पसंद संगीत में नृत्य करें।
