Hey Saikrishna,

You need to understand the mechanism of the body closely by understanding the VOICE OF THE ORGANISM and the LAW OF UNITY.

I don't see any problem in drinking water and urinating process.

Now, you need to understand if it is an overload that you are making on your body including kidneys or not!

The urge to drink more water is an indication of the body's toxicity. The body seeks more water to flush out the toxin from the blood. Please check your food it must be mostly cooked with spices and salt!

Transforming your diet to more fruits and vegetables in raw form would reverse the situation.

Please consult a Nature Cure counsellor to inculcate a habit of conserving vitality through FOODS, ACTS and THOUGHTS.

Thank you...

Hello,

Drink water when  you feel thirsty only.

Also you must see the food what you intake is most importnat.

If you change your food style may you can get the result. Like having fresh fruits and vegetable, whole grain fibre rice, pulses.

Do not drink water while eating. After meal post 30min drink water as per need.

Avoid drinking more water in the night.

Also note that drink water as per weather condition too. If it cold weather chances are there to urinate more.
