I am suffering from whitehead on cheek..... Plz help me.... My wedding is near

Hello Sunanda,

Please check your food and rest pattern. Many a times it may be because of improper food consumption. Avoid fried acidic food or cooked food. It may also occur in the absence of proper rest.

Wedding is a major event in one’s life and brings with it a lot of anxiety, mixed emotions, and often unseen stress. Try to find ‘me-time’ even if it is for 5-10 minutes from your busy schedule. It may be tough but it will be worth it. Close your eyes during that practice. Sit straight keep your backbone straight and try practising the abdominal breathing or diaphragmic breathing.

Also, check if there’s hormonal imbalance. Marjari Asana (cat posture) is very effective in regulating hormonal imbalance if any, in women.

I will recommend Pranayam like Nadi Shodhan, and Bhramari Pranayam. Simple humming will also be very effective.

Take proper rest. While sleeping at night make sure that your place is completely dark. Try to give relaxation to the eyes. Gently massage your facial skin with tender coconut water as Tvacha Dhauti (skin purification) practice.

Do not try to squeeze whiteheads. Avoid the mucus-producing food, dairy or baked food items. Include a lot of raw food in your meal. Increase the intake of vegetable juices. You may begin your day with vegetable juice (200 ml) of vegetable juice. Tender coconut water is very good for drinking as well as for application on the skin surface. All the best.

नमस्ते सुनंदा जी, 

 

आपके शरीर में excess प्रोटीन बन रहा या जमा है। आपका पाचन तंत्र (digestive system) प्रोटीन को पचा नहीं पा रहा है।अपच (undigested) प्रोटीन के वजह से आपके शरीर में परेशानी हो रही है। आप प्रोटीन युक्त भोजन से परहेज़ करें।जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें। 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, ताज़ा नारियल की मिलाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।

खीरा + एलोवीरा पल्प + गुलाब जल पीस कर 20 मिनट चेहरा पर लगाएँ। चेहरे को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें, साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।

 

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

Anima किट online से मँगा लें। 15 दिनों तक टोना (enema)लें। सादा पानी 100ml गुदा द्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल का त्याग करें।ये ज़रूरी है बहुत सालों के विषाक्त (toxic) कणों को बाहर निकालने से आप पूर्ण स्वस्थ हो जाएँगे।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

Hello Ji,

whiteheads are more common in acne-prone skin because the cells lining the pores are stickier, thereby promoting clogged pores.
Boil some water in a pan to create steam. Turn off the heat and place your face over the pan while holding a towel over head to trap the steam around your face. Allow the steam to soak into your face for five to eight minutes. Finally, pat dry your skin with a clean towel. and;

Dip a cotton ball in lemon juice and apply the juice on your face.
Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then wash your face with cold water.
Do this daily before going to bed. Continue for at least a few months.
