Carrot Chutney - add variety to your chutneys!

Spice up your meals with this easy to make carrot chutney.

  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 tbsp roasted urad dal
  • 1 piece of tamarind
  • 10 gm date paste
  • 2 tbsp fresh coconut
  • 2 red chilies
  • Salt to taste
  • Roast urad dal and red chillies.
  • Add tamarind.
  • Mix all the other ingredients and grind in a blender.
