Green Bean Salad with Peanuts

Ingredients

  • ½ kg washed and chopped green beans
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup of roasted peanuts, walnuts or raisins

Method

  • Steam the washed and chopped green beans.
  • Add 1 tsp of salt.
  • Once cooked, remove and strain.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients while the beans are still warm.
  • Mix together and serve.
