In this winter season reap the benefits of guava by making it part of your diet in a new way. Guava has a lot of benefits stored for our body, from improving our digestive system to keep our body in check by giving anti-oxidants. Guava is beneficial, this is the time to use guava as your meal.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 green coloured guava and cut them into small pieces.
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1-2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1-2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • Pink salt as per your taste
  • Coriander green leaves for garnishing

Method

  • Heat the cooking pot and add cumin seeds in it after spluttering add two cups of water in it, continuing with green chillies
  • Time to add guavas which are chopped and add the spices like red chilli powder, turmeric, pink salt, coriander powder.
  • Let it cook for 10-15 minutes on a low flame, the water will be soaked by guava, as the consistency of gravy will be thick.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves.
