Coriander (Dhania) Seeds:250 grams
Dry Red Chillies:50 grams
Cardamom Pods/Seeds:25 grams
Cinnamon Stick:50 grams
Black cardamom:25 grams
Whole Black Peppercorns:25 grams
Bay leaf (tej patta):25 grams
Star anise:25 grams
Mustard seeds:25 grams
Poppy seeds:25 grams
Nutmeg powder:5 grams
Sun-dry all the whole spices to ensure there is no moisture remaining.
Put all the spices together in a blender and blend into a smooth powder.
Store in an air-tight jar and use as and when required.
