About the Natural Lifestyle Diet Plan

We want to include one & all in our program. So the aim of the diet plan is also to show a middle ground for those of you who are not yet ready to make big changes in your existing food routine. The diet plan will have two levels:

  • Basic level - ORANGE PLAN

  • Advanced level - GREEN PLAN

A diet that primarily comprises plant-based foods, especially in their raw or lightly cooked form is recommended in a natural lifestyle to achieve optimal immune functioning.

Both the Orange & Green Plan will include plant-based foods only. We suggest minimising the use of animal products such as dairy & non-veg. The key difference between the two plans is:

  • Raw foods will be higher in the Green plan vis-a-vis the Orange plan. 

  • You will be allowed to eat cooked food in both the plans, more in Orange plan vis-a-vis Green plan. 

Choose the plan as per your comfort. You have the flexibility to move from Orange to Green or vice versa at any time, depending on your convenience.

Program Coaches

Anchal Kapur & Asha Shivaram will be your Natural Health Coaches during the program. 

Asha is a Nature Cure practitioner and health enthusiast. She is also a SHARAN certified whole foods plant-based nutritionist. The body heals itself provided its biological needs are met. She helps people realize this amazing ability they all possess within themselves by guiding them on their journey to total health.  

Anchal is a practicing health coach having an education on Nature Cure from the International Institute of Mahayoga & Natural Hygiene, US. She is also a Lifestyle Medicine Coach from Hippocrates Health Institute, US (ensuing). She is passionate about helping people simplify their journey of a Natural Lifestyle to reap long term health benefits through consistent, sustainable actions.
