About the Presenter:

Ms Saee Bapat comes from an IT culture, with over 10 years of experience with Infosys. During this time, she also completed her studies in yoga and after her second child decided to turn her passion for yoga into a full-time pursuit.

Through years of practising yoga, she honed her skills and knowledge in yoga therapy. Today she is a devoted yoga teacher and teaches yoga to adults as well as children.

She is an accomplished swimmer and has won several medals at swimming and attributes her success to yoga and its benefits.
