Due to the food we consume:

  • When we eat food that we and the friendly microbes in our gut did not co-evolve to eat, they start to die.
  • In their place, bacteria and fungi that can eat these foods start to grow and make us addicted to the foods they need.
  • Many of them feast on our internal organs. That’s the start of the disease.

Due to other unhealthy habits:

  • When we do not exercise regularly and do not give out body a chance to flush out toxins periodically.
  • Don’t wash our hands regularly.
  • Maintain poor personal hygiene. We invite diseases and viruses.

  1. Immunity Building: During this workshop, you will be taught various ways in which you can protect yourself from various diseases by building immunity. This is basically done by following various yogic techniques and eating right.

About the Presenter:

Ms Saee Bapat comes from an IT culture, with over 10 years of experience with Infosys. During this time, she also completed her studies in yoga and after her second child decided to turn her passion for yoga into a full-time pursuit.

Through years of practising yoga, she honed her skills and knowledge in yoga therapy. Today she is a devoted yoga teacher and teaches yoga to adults as well as children.

She is an accomplished swimmer and has won several medals at swimming and attributes her success to yoga and its benefits.
