Mixed Vegetable Red Juice - a natural energy booster!

Eating, blending or drinking a variety of colorful vegetables is a sure shot way to make you feel (and even look) great! If you have been running low on energy, try this energy booster, red juice. Enjoy this vibrant red juice right before your workout or in the morning to tackle a busy day.

Ingredients
  • Beetroot: 1 small
  • Tomato: 1 medium
  • Carrot: 1 medium
  • Paan (betel leaf): 1 leaf
  • Lemon: 1 juiced
  • Ginger: 1 inch grated
Method
  • Wash and cut all the veggiesfinely.Simply blend all the ingredients.
  • Strain through soup strainer.
  • Use the roughage as a stock to the soup or mix into flour when making roti or can be used for your plants.
  • If done in juicer or NutriBullet you can drink directly.

  • Adding raw vegetables from the whole spectrum of rainbow colours available in nature ensures the intake of a whole range of macro as well as micro-nutrients.
  • Juices can be had in the morning or evenings too. While vegetables can be mixed with most food groups (except fruits), usually juices are best consumed mid-morning or in the evening.
