Eating Guide
- Food Group: Vegetables (Raw)
- Vegetables, particularly raw vegetable not only have a high nutritional quotient, they are rich in fibre and water content, and are easy for your stomach to digest. They also help your body get the enzymes that otherwise get destroyed in the process of cooking.
- Juices can be had in morning or evenings too. While vegetables can be mixed with most food groups (except fruits), usually juices are best consumed mid morning or in evening.
- It's a great idea NOT to add salt at all to your veg juice, else it will end up fermenting in your stomach.
