Methi pineapple salad - A fun way to eat methi raw

I’m always looking for adding variety in the veggies I put in my salad. This methi pineapple combo caught my attention a few days ago when a friend shared about it. I was hesitant to try it at first because methi has a peculiar taste. But then I decided to make a small serving for myself. And voila!! Methi blended so well with the pineapple. I’m glad to have found this combo.


Methi leaves - 4-5 handful

Pineapple - 2 slices


Pluck methi leaves, wash properly and chop finely.

Cut pineapple into small cubes.

Mix the two and your salad is ready!!

I didn’t use any salt or salad dressing because the juice of the pineapple was good enough.
