The goodness of fruits and greens come together in this easy to make smoothie ice cream. This is naturally sugar-free and can be enjoyed by both adults and children.
Ripe Bananas: 2
Spinach: 1 small bunch
Elaichi powder: a pinch
Dates: a few
Soak the date for an hour to soften them.
Wash the spinach well.
Cut bananas into chunks.
Put everything in a blender and grind to a smooth paste adding a little water.
Pour into silicone ice cream stick moulds and freeze for 6 hours.
Gently unmould the ice cream.
Your ice cream is ready to enjoy!
You can make this multicoloured by first adding a layer of the smoothie without the spinach and top layer with all the ingredients.
