Mint Ice-cream - green, dairy-free, sugar-free!

Have you ever thought of mint in ice cream? The refreshing taste of mint goes so well with this dairy-free rich ice cream. The natural light green colour is very attracting for sure.


  • Coconut milk: 1 cup
  • Almond milk: 1 cup
  • Vanilla Pod: ½ or 2 -3 tsp vanilla essence
  • Honey: 2-3 tsp or per taste
  • Mint leaves: 6
  • Extract coconut milk at home. Read here to know more.
  • For almond milk, soak about 20-30 almonds overnight.
  • Wash the soaked almonds well, remove skin and churn in a mixie with 1 cup water.
  • You can churn well to ensure there are no granules of almond left. Alternately, run this milk through a sieve
  • Take fresh mint leaves, wash them well and blend along withthe coconut milk, almond milk, vanilla, honey.
  • Freeze it and the icecream is done!

  • Optionally you can add some cacao powder to the mixture while blending so you have a chocolate mint ice cream which is a popular flavour available at ice cream parlours.
