Carrot Cucumber Red Bell Pepper Juice - your glass full of natural health supplements!

Juicing vegetables is a great way to increase your raw intake. Eating raw ensures you are incorporating nature’s own health supplements of vitamins and minerals. You could experiment with different combinations of vegetables that are easily available or might already be stored in your fridge. Try this veggies cocktail of carrot, cucumber and red bell pepper juice to begin with!

Ingredients
  • Carrots: 2-3
  • Cucumber: 1
  • Lemon: 1 or as desired
  • Red Bell pepper: ¼
  • Water: as required
Method
  • Put the carrots, cucumber and red bell pepper in a blender. Use little water and blend. Add more water, as per the desired consistency.
  • Add lemon juice as required and serve.

  • Raw vegetable are a storehouse of vitamins and minerals.
  • Other than having raw veggies as salads along with your cooked meals, take vegetable juices on a daily basis. They have a cleansing effect on the body.
  • Mid-mornings is the best time to have your glass of veggie juice.
