Ingredients

Veggies of your choice :-

Cucumber noodles

Carrot noodles

Microgreens

Spring onions

Chinese lettuce

Orange, tahini dressing :-

Tahini - 1 spoon

Juice of one orange

Lime juice - 1 tbsp

Dates paste from 5 dates

Pink salt

Italian herbs

Pepper / chilli flakes

Garlic crushed - 1 clove

Sesame seeds 1 tbsp

 

Method

Bring together veggies of your choice and pour the dressing over the salad and enjoy.
