Cool and soothing sugar-free, dairy-free smoothie. Kid-friendly. For the days when you are looking for a change from eating fruits.

Ingredients
  • Muskmelon: 2 cups (chilled cubed)
  • Coconut milk: ½ cup
  • Palm Jaggery: 1 ½ tablespoon
Method
  • Blend the ingredients and serve.

Eating Guide:

  • Food group:fruit.
  • Ideally, melons are best had by themselves. This smoothie mixes melon with coconut, so should be had only once in a while for variation.
