Muskmelon: 2 cups (chilled cubed)
Coconut milk: ½ cup
Palm Jaggery: 1 ½ tablespoon
Blend the ingredients and serve.
Ideally, melons are best had by themselves. This smoothie mixes melon with coconut, so should be had only once in a while for variation.
