  • Muskmelon: 2 cups (chilled cubed)
  • Coconut milk: ½ cup
  • Palm Jaggery: 1 ½ tablespoon
  • Blend the ingredients and serve.

  • Ideally, melons are best had by themselves. This smoothie mixes melon with coconut, so should be had only once in a while for variation.
