I’m so happy to see you, my Dad is doing great and for the most part has jumped into the healthy bandwagon with me . Still a long way to go but he appreciates my lifestyle choices and we enjoy cooking together and experimenting together . I have had my coconut milk go bad many a times, and I had been using it as hair conditioner. Now, I know what else to do with it .
